Hotel was infested with roaches. No appliances worked.

I really enjoyed how close the beach and pool is to the hotel including parking. I also like that there’s a balcony to the room, and that the staff was understanding and allowed me to extended checkout till 1 PM without any issues so I left a $20 tip for the housekeeper. I didn’t have any utensils after I cooked, so I had to go to the store and buy disposable silverware. I think the pool could’ve been a bit cleaner for the value. It’s a really great location.

I woke up too late for the coffee. Rooms had no utensils to use the cooking appliances or plates to eat or drink.

It was a convenient location. Bugs in the rooms. Air conditioning outside broken up. Toilet didn't flush properly i will not return.

The location is right in the middle spot of what Daytona offers. The staff is VERY professional, genuine & helpful. The rooms are a bit dated BUT clean, spacious and private. I liked the vibe of the pool because the guests were engaging not snobby! The beach was a mix of busy and peaceful- again a perfect mix!it was pet friendly with rules as it should be. Great experience!

The bathtub had been painted, and the paint was peeling. There was a sofa in the room, but too many mysterious stains on it for me to want to sit. If you require a very cheap beach efficiency, this place fits the bill.

Elevator didn't work, bath tub paint falling off, light and fan over table didn't work, the balcony door was broken and hard to open and close, pool was disgusting, green in color and couldn't see the bottom. Very disappointing! definitely not worth your money.

Room was not clean. Floor was slick with condensation from wall AC, but at least it was ice cold in the room! Had to wash all the hair out of the tub before showering then dried off with very worn towels with stains. Before we could sleep, it was a game of "Who Can Kill The Most Roaches." That was not cool! Bedspreads were clearly not washed. Felt icky and smelled. Tub faucets and spouts were so rusted and jagged from years of use and being close to the salt water. Nice partial view of the ocean to help the time there. Will never stay there again.

It had a stove and fridge also pool. The staff was trying to get rude with me but he wasn’t understanding at first so I understand he was from the islands so communication is different. A guy came into my hotel room admitting to seeing me with my guy. He was trying to get into my room since 10 the very night of my stay. Door knobs rattling and he came through the slider doors about 1 am and saw my guy was like he don’t know what’s going on but to lock our doors but that’s still not a reason to come into the room I paid for he could of knocked. To sum it up he was a weirdo trying to get me and my guy was there. I told the front office but all I got was sympathy also a I’m sorry.

Nothing Dirty , mold in bathroom , hole in wall I can see the other room , ac didn’t work , staff was not present , door didn’t lock to secure at night .

The staff were very friendly and it was right on the beach. Paying that much to have to kill a roach in my room is unacceptable. The building itself looks like it’s standing on its last leg and I was even given an upgraded room for my initial troubles. I wonder what my original room would have been like. There was rust everywhere including the door and the hotel itself was in very poor shape.

New beds and furnishings at a minimum would make this place tolerable.

The location was the only thing going for this place. The room was nasty, moldy, and infested with cockroaches.

Beach front The room looks like it was under renovation. There was spackle in several places of the room and the walls needed another coat of paint. The air conditioner was set at 66 but felt like 85. It was so humid in the room that the floors were slippery. The TV remote needed new batteries and the kitchen light bulb was blown out. There was mold on the ceiling. The sliding glass door to go out onto the balcony was off the track and couldn't be closed all the way because it was bent at the bottom. The bed comforters were worn and had holes in it.

Close this location, people living here, kids ruining and playing on the street, people smoking weed all over the place, drug dealers here. No safe only stay 10 minutes and check out. The door do not close, unsafe all dirty, sheets all overall horrible,

We booked a one night stay. It is a very old hotel but there’s no excuse on the general condition of the room. The entry door barely shut and locked. The sliding door to the balcony had to be shoved to open. There was mold on the walls and wall decor. There was a ceiling fan that the blades drooped like it had been subjected to moisture for years. The actual beds smelled musty. The sheets were stained. The cover on the box springs was nasty, brown, spotted, and stained. One headboard was hanging off the wall. The lampshades looked like they had been there since the hotel was built. Elevator didn’t work. Pool was cloudy. Let’s just say, lesson learned.

Checking in was fine, that is the only good thing to be said about the whole place! Bugs and dead bugs everywhere, the smell of Marijuana was extreme. Bedding was stained, room was dirty, ripped upholstery, leaky faucet and a did not work properly at all, ceiling fan was caked with dirt and inoperable. I would never recommend this place and never return! It is a health and safety hazard to anyone!
