The convenience of being close to places we wanted to visit. Booked this hotel for the pool. Called a day before arrival and was told the pool was open. Upon arrival no sign, no nothing about the pool, was charged a 150 deposit when the booking site sent a notice saying no deposit if staying 3 days. Asked to speak with the manager and was told he would be in at noon the next day. Called corporate and they left him a message to contact us ASAP. Asked for him again the next morning and he ignored the request again. The door stuck open when you walked out and nothing was done. Asked three times for clean towels. Cleaning people never emptied the trash. We got a large trash bag and removed it ourselves. No room touch up or anything. Front desk was unattended with a sign saying stepped away. Hardly ever a person at the desk. Had people in the parking lot grilling and drinking. Had extension cords stretching across to work on something. Cost $450 for three days of nothing.

The location is fantastic if you are doing something at the stadium. It's very old, the staff was not super friendly, the breakfast is minimal at best, and it simply needs a lot of upgrades.

Bathtop is leaking.no towels. Pool is green and dirty.have to tell them to change bedsheets.after she changed bedsheets there are ripped and had black stuff on.i took pictures. No milk for breakfast for the kids.kids had to drink water.

I did not like that I could not close my curtains for privacy the TV kept going off resetting the train that ran every 15 to 20 minutes did not rest well at all

Staff member who checked me in was the most helpful. Slow elevator, buffet food looked unappetizing, issues with wifi, pool closed, not enough towels in double room.

I was very disappointed and unless it is cleaned up considerably I will not stay here again

At night trains went by several times overnight. I am a light sleeper. Dead big bug on bathroom floor. Nice shower with hot water and good pressure. Good lights in room. Safe, handy parking. Staff friendly and efficient.

Bed are very hard. Lots of after hours noise

Was ok for single night stay, hallways stunk of ethnic food being cooked and marijuana. Bathtub drained very slowly while showering

Location good except a train track next to it was quite loud at times. Hotel was quiet otherwise. Fatty's bar/restaurant next door very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good although sparse for some items at 7:30 am. We were satisfied with the selection. Staff was very friendly.

Close to excellent restaurant and a great location to stop for the night on our way to Chicago

3 rd time finally wait for while. Shower is not good water pressure. One guy / stuff was nice.

Really nice, comfortable and clean. Broken vending machines. Closed pool

The room itself was small, but adequate. Staff was extremely disinterested and the overall feeling of the hotel was old and run down.
