We were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay and we’re very pleased. For some reasons after the first day were very smelly every time we used them. Everything else was very clean. Also the side doors to exit the building were not working properly. The staff were aware & did let people know. One door was very hard to open & it would shut very hard. People were struggling with it. I think there should have been a warning sign on the doors while they waited for the repair to be made. I also think I should’ve mentioned that to them. Sorry I didn’t.

Nice affordable hotel close to NIU. We were in town for a DCI show and the location was perfect. Loved our suite, teenage kids slept on couch in separate room and we had a king bed room to ourselves with our own TV. The bathroom was huge. Didn't have to get two separate hotel rooms this way. Sausage gravy at breakfast was a nice touch. Front desk staff was very helpful and tried to get our room cleaned early so we could check in early. We would definitely stay here again.
