I gave the review 5 stars because of Brienna. I booked through Expedia, and when I got to the hotel late at night, there was something wrong with the way Expedia booked the stay, and they hadn't paid the hotel yet. I tried calling Expedia to see what was wrong because they had already charged my credit card, but the wait was 20 minutes, and it was almost midnight. I didn't want to wait any longer to go to sleep. Brianna suggested I pay again, and we could discuss the payment with Expedia tomorrow to ensure I didn't get charged double. I didn't even have to call Expedia; Brienna messaged me Monday that she took care of everything for me, and I didn't have to worry about it. I really appreciate her going above and beyond for me.

Also there were no trays to take breakfast up to the room. Trays would be a good addition to the breakfast selections. The breakfast was great, hot, and all of the choices were narrow, they suited my diet. Thank you for that. Great person checked me in and the same one checked me out. He treated me as if he could see me. I appreciated that. The place was really clean, thank you so much!

It was conveniently located next to family giving us extra time to spend with them. The rooms are extremely clean and breakfast are standard breakfast. Persons at the check-in desk are extremely proficient

Motel was clean and staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast was the "standard" budget hotel variety; OK, but nothing to get excited about. Pool was small (about 8 yards long) kept at a warm (not hot) temperature that helped to relax after driving all day. The only negative is the seemingly dated HVAC system. Rooms have their own AC/Heater unit, but they generate enough noise to potentially disrupt sleep when turning on and off. I found it better to leave the fan on all the time (available on the control panel) and the resulting white noise was less disruptive at night.
