The staff makes you feel very comfortable. Everything is kept very clean the beds are very nice.

The food we ordered for breakfast was not good. I don’t recommend eating there food. Everything else was great.

Was not aware that this was not a normal hotel. The casino closes down and does not open until 9am this closes down half of the hotel common space which we were needed for work. I would highlight recommend making it VERY known THIS IS NOT A NORMAL HOTEL. The room was great but again not expecting the way it was set up was a little off putting. I wouldn't stay there again.

The construction at your facility during our stay was terrible. Me and my family rented 3 rooms. There was construction noise from outside at 6am waking everyone up. Also the construction inside was terrible, dust everywhere as we walked in and out of the hotel. Very disappointed. I would like to be reimbursed for our many inconveniences for me and my family. This is the second time I've been to Deadwood South Dakota and I was planning on coming back to bring my grandkids but now I'm not sure.

It was near the historic part of Deadwood so the location was good. The staff was friendly though when we asked about a couple of tourist attractions they didn't have any idea. The room was painted black and the main light was a single spot light that did not light the room but shined on the middle of the bed. The chairs for sitting in were extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was very small with very little counter space. The floor was being replaced on the first floor and the noise made it impossible to play any of the casino games or sit at the small bar. I had the impression there was a small restaurant or cafe in the hotel but there was not one.

The Landmark has such gorgeous and comfortable rooms! Definitely will be high on our lists to stay there again. Very quiet and relaxing stay for my husband’s and I’s 1 year anniversary. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel was undergoing some construction but it did not impact our stay what so ever.

Great location. Getting luggage to the room was difficult due to downtown parking and ongoing construction in building Room ventilation and air conditioning was spotty but not a huge problem. The casino table games were never open and they need some slot machines and video poker because the arcade games are not suitable for older clients

The staff was not knowledgeable of the location’s amenities which were not available, the room was nice and clean but the lobby was in remodel phase with cement dust in the air, loose outlets on the floor. Room should have been rented at a discount

The room’s entry way was sticky and the glasses in the room were dirty. Probably best to offer disposable cups. The room was modern, not like the old tired rooms you find at other hotels in town. I really wanted to give this new establishment a 5 star rating but because of the noise all night long, I cannot. When we first checked in the front desk was very kind and helpful. Offered us a drink of our choice and offered free play for signing up for a players club card. Very nice casino. Although small, it was fun and we won a little money. Bar offered snacks and wine from a box. If I stayed again, I would not stay on the 4th floor due to noise.
