The Landmark Hotel and Casino

Excellent! Clean room and friendly staff. Bed and pillows were cozy. Shower was big and clean. Enjoyed the patios and casino. Location was good. Will stay there again for sure!

Great hotel just off the main drag! Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We loved being able to walk out our door to historic Main Street and other nearby attractions. The hotel covered our parking, which was wonderful! Also love that it's in a historic old building, which we learned a bit about on our tour of the Adams House nearby!

Beautiful, fresh new property

This hotel has been our go to property in Deadwood since it first opened. We have stayed there 4 times and until this last stay have always been extremely pleased. We reserved a King Deluxe room but when we checked in we were informed that the King Deluxe room was not available due to an A/C problem so they had to put us in a double queen room. We were disappointed but we also realize that things happen and there is nothing that can be done to change it. However, we were told "At least it will be a little cheaper". But it wasn't. We were still charged the same amount. Also, when we first began staying at this hotel, one of the perks we were so impressed with was that we were offered complimentary mimosas to enjoy during the check in process AND complimentary beer or wine to take to our room. We went from getting a full bottle of wine or a 4 pack of locally brewed beer, down to no mimosas and 2 beers or wine (I'm not sure the size of the wine since we opted for the beer), down to this time choosing the wine and being given ONE tiny pony bottle. If the cost is becoming an issue, just discontinue it for crying out loud. We actually had to laugh at the tiny little bottle he handed us! Since we didn't get the room we paid for you would thing we would at least get 2 tiny bottles. Then when we checked out we told him that the outlet in the bathroom didn't work and his response was "Yeah, it never does". We were not as impressed and will think twice before booking again.

The place was like a dungeon in the room black walls and dark and half the stuff in the room didn’t work. Then the drain in the bathroom you could hear water draining through out the day from other rooms. Bed had a huge dent in the middle of the bed so half your body sunk into the dent in the bed.

Parking is wherever you can find. At least you did not have to pay but finding a spot was difficult

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful. The location was accessible to downtown Deadwood. Very easy to get around town and had ample parking. Great place to stay!

Was a great stay, beds were perfect

We enjoyed our 1 night stay in Deadwood. The room was very comfortable and had a historic but modern charm. Very well located. A highlight was the staff, very friendly and a pleasant check in experience after a long day on the road.

Everything about the stay was excellent, from the accommodations to the service. I wanted to take a moment to commend the Landmark team for maintaining such a fantastic property and providing top-notch hospitality. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
