Candlewood Suites Midwest City by IHG

The property was well maintained and clean. House cleaning was very helpful along with the rest of the staff

Very good

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The receptionist was very helpful. He (Josh) gave helpful advice on close places to eat. The hotel is right off I40 and convenient to many restaurants and Walmart. Will be staying here again!

The mattress was terrible. It was very firm, very hard. I woke up in the middle of the night and felt like I was sleeping on a sheet of 3/4 inch plywood. My wife was laying on the side of the mattress which had a spring poking up into her lower back. She had to try to sleep on her side.

I’m very upset and fighting with corporate after my stay. Our toilet was broken and never fixed after we called maintenance. But my biggest problem is they charged me twice and is fighting with me saying they never did. If you stay with them watch your finance statements!!!

Sparkling clean room, great pool, super friendly staff, lots of parking, perfect location for Tinker and Del City!

24hr coffee awesome Location awesome Put on a different floor. I heard door’s slamming through the night and neighbors were so loud

Exceptional

Superb

The room was very clean, nice and quiet and spacious. We had my 9 month old grandbaby and it was perfect. The front desk was very considerate when we were checking in. I will definitely book there again

Place was older and shows its age. Still enjoyed my stay and it has everything you need for a few night.

Exceptional

The hotel was clean and well maintained. My room had a full kitchen including a full size refrigerator and all of the cooking equipment, utensils and dishes. The front desk also had extra kitchen appliances you could borrow for free. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The room temp was tough to rwgulate. Othrtwise, it waa perfect.

I did not like the fact that the pool closed at 9pm on a Saturday. Had I know I would have chose a different hotel. I also failed to check that there was no free breakfast at this location.

Exceptional

Had to cancel stay and lost my money because I paid for a nonrefundable room. :(

Room was very dirty, used spoon and trash under the couch. Couch mattress bed was stained with what to appear to be mold. Baseboards were dirty with some white substance. . Reported issues to Jessica, however Housekeeping did not come to clean.

Exceptional

Yes, sheets didn’t seem to be very clean. The power went out on 7/4/26 for hours. We had no lights or air and unfortunately no backup generator. It was so hot that we had to open the door to try letting the air from the hallway in.
