Very clean lobby and room. Had a good variety of breakfast items.

El trato del personal 100/100 el desayuno muy bueno. El único detalle que vi es que a las 8.30 am no había desayuno caliente el personal debe estar mucho más pendiente para rellenarlo y más si es un domingo que hay tantas personas.

Friendly staff, facility could use some upgrades. During our stay there was a blackout and we had no power until 3:30am. We luckily had cooled the room down beforehand. Key cards didn’t work to get us into side doors, elevator didn’t work, but the staff seemed on top of everything the whole time. Good job!

It was a wonderful stay and would definitely return again.

Had the friendliest and most helpful staff, especially Ms. Jackie with the morning kitchen area crew. Would stay again.

The was very clean,the staff was very friendly and the buffet breakfast was nice .

If I could rate the staff any higher I would. They were some of the best I have ever had. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The person who was working the breakfast was so on the ball. She was constantly cleaning and refilling. She was always smiling.

The bathroom had bugs and the room smelled like urine

The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were pretty nice. Other than that, there wasn’t much to say about it. We didn’t stay, we checked out that night. It was advertised as having EV chargers. That was the only reason we picked this property. We checked in, left to go eat and came back and were told they didn’t have the chargers. We then asked for a refund so we could stay at a place with a charger and we were told it was impossible by Ashley at the front desk. We will never be staying at another Hampton Inn.
