The Delta front desk girl was so very helpful. I took in my handicap mother. Because of no lights and she make sure I got a room that would be comfortable for my her stay. Room was nice and clean. Didn’t like the fact that the shades didn’t go all the way down.

I STAY HERE BECAUSE IT IS CLOSE TO WHERE MY MEETINGS ARE. GYM AND POOL IS NICE TO RELAX AFTER A LONG DAY.

The only problem was the a/c did work as well as we would have like. They sent someone up right away but to know avail. Keep an eye on your reservation if you paid extra for breakfast make sure you bring this up at check-in so they can provide you a voucher for your breakfast. For two people breakfast would have been 36.00.

Location Elevators were broken the entire time we were there and had to use the stairs, we were on the 5th floor so it was brutal.

It looked nice and clean. The elevators broke down. And my pregnant wife had to walk up 5 flights of stairs. The would comp us or move our rooms. Comping breakfast was not enough, we never ate there because we knew they charged for food.

The room is nice and clean. The workers are very friendly. The shower is wonderful. Beds are comfy but did have to call for blankets only a comforter on bed no extra blankets in the room. The breakfast buffet is really good. It came with our room due to the convention we were at. The only complaint i have about this hotel is the restaurant. No one was eating there should have been my clue. We waited almost an hour for baked chicken and mashed potatoes. My friend on another night waited 45 minutes for fish and chips. My guess is there is no business so they are baking everything to order. Maybe change the menu for faster service.
