We had a okay stay love the size of the room! We stayed there for three days and not once did they come and clean it. So we kept having to ask for more towels. Breakfast times were way too early. It would be nice to have breakfast til at least 10:30am for people who are on vacation. Outside of that staff was friendly except one lady at night time she was mad that I needed extra towels. I know bummer huh! But overall the room was very comfortable.

Everywhere I turned somebody was cleaning something. The property is located close to downtown OKC and other areas.

It was delicious, a spinach puff pastry was unexpected for hotel self serve breakfast. Everything was so good and they used china, not paper plates! And Denise, the check in staff, was so nice and went out of her way to help me with questions I had, not related to the hotel. And love the shower!

It was the cleanest we have stayed at. Very nice. Had a wonderful time.

The hotel was clean my only problem is when I booked my price was 385.66 but I was charged 400.02 not including the deposit. The deposit was and extra 40 but I did get that back

My favorite part was real coffee cups in the rooms. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, but also nothing bad.

Location was excellent. Right off major interstate and easy to reach. Didn't seem noisy at all and yet there were shopping areas with in a hal mile of the facility. Breakfast was great. Nice variety and I especially liked the yougurt machine and all the toppings. The room was perfect. We stayed two nights so the suite gave us a little extra breathing room. The heat/ac were easy to operate and keep us comfy. Enjoyed the large fridge. We appreciated the recycle container in the room and enjoyed all the Halloween decorations around the lobby. I really can't think of anything they could do to make it any better. I guess if i had to say anything I would say the price. I don't like that they charge more for weekend stays than during the week and the taxes get to be a bit cumbersome. I realize they need to stay competivie so accept it as part of travel.
