The door didn't seal well at all. I was charged an additional $6 that I didn't know about until check in. Cockroaches in the room. The coffee pot was filthy.

No amenities. No breakfast no tolietries no silverware or really anything if so had wanted to use the kitchen area. Doors were not sealed at keyhole or bottom. Had reserved online through Expedia. Checked in showed my ID thought all was good. Got woke up by room phone asking me to come to front desk at 10pm to be told my reservation wasn’t valid. After showing confirmation and ID again was told that it wasn’t prepaid like I didn’t know this as I made the reservation. Was charged for what I didn’t reserve. Reserved deluxe room with 2 beds. Was told they don’t have deluxe rooms and I told them they should let Expedia know this. Terrible.

The pictures were very misleading, the beds were much smaller than anticipated. Our first room had not been properly cleaned and we saw two cockroaches in it but the staff was very kind in moving us to a second room. The new room was clean but we had to use all our strength to get the door open or shut because it would stick so badly. There was no wifi even though the website said that wifi would be provided. Most of the wall sockets were very loose and would not hold our chargers.

The room was dirty and it had roaches. It looked like a bullet hole in shower was covered over with caulk. There was no coffee for the coffee pot which was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom door was busted. The sheets were dirty and there were burn holes in the blankets. The pictures on their website are either from a long time ago or altered. The pool isn't open and the ice machine is broken. The furniture is broken. It smelled awful. It's cheap... that's the nicest thing I can say.

I know a tornado came through and knocked out the internet, but it wasn't going to be available at all during my stay. The pool was not open, and I was told it had not been for a few years. For a studio, I expected at least some cups, plates, and silverware, and there was none of that. I was not impressed and left the facility earlier than I had reserved.

My room was full of cockroaches! The second night I bought spray and was spraying them to kill them and when I woke up one was in the bed and I was done! Also water was squirting out of the electrical socket the ac unit was plugged into during the rain storm and the surge protector was snapping most of the night. The lights are bright outside and the road noise is loud! I lost all the food I brought with me because the cockroaches got In it! So I had to eat out. There are no dishes in the units if you want to cook anything.

My reservation got canceled due to the fact that they didn’t have the two rooms and they canceled before letting me know once I came from out of town and got to the hotels when I found out my reservation was canceled on their website. It shows that they have a working pool they do not. The parking lot was very messy with trash everywhere. The lobby had trash in it on the floor.

Not good. Bugs and the bed was the worst’s I have ever sleep in. The a/c only worked on low. The door was very difficult to open. It was wedged in the frame. After a 15 hour drive I stayed anyway. Would not recommend!

Between Expedia and the hotel, I drove 13 hours for no reservations. I can only guess that when I made an adjustment to the timeline the original reservation was canceled and the adjusted one never rebooked. Fun time finding a room with a national youth softball tourney, the NBA conference finals and the WCWS in town. Took them 1.5 hours to find another room 20 miles away. I will not be using Expedia again.
