The place was over all pathetic. Definitely needs to be looked at! Huge rat holes hidden behind the beds, awful staff, everything was over all messed up!

there was no toilet paper on the holder I had to put it there myself with the key card it was damn near impossible to get into the room the day I traveled it was closes to 100 ac set at 70 room was cool I dropped to 68

I didn't receive my deposit back yet

Room looked like it had not been cleaned. Had to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper as there wasn't any in the room. There were cigarette burns on the bedspread.

After checking into our non smoking room and giving the disclosure cash deposit. When up to the room which smelt of smoking plus had ash and trash on floor. Ask to change room. He did change it, but that room had trash all over it. Wrappers behind bed, tea cup on desk, bugs in corner. Canceled room and left at high speed.

Upgrade all rooms the one I had was great. Improvement is key.
