there was no toilet paper on the holder I had to put it there myself with the key card it was damn near impossible to get into the room the day I traveled it was closes to 100 ac set at 70 room was cool I dropped to 68

Room looked like it had not been cleaned. Had to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper as there wasn't any in the room. There were cigarette burns on the bedspread.

After checking into our non smoking room and giving the disclosure cash deposit. When up to the room which smelt of smoking plus had ash and trash on floor. Ask to change room. He did change it, but that room had trash all over it. Wrappers behind bed, tea cup on desk, bugs in corner. Canceled room and left at high speed.

Upgrade all rooms the one I had was great. Improvement is key.

I did not like the location. I did not feel secure in the room, due to the windowsin the room. I checked out after only one night, I could not sleep. I did not have the option of cancelling the second night. However, I checked out anyway.

Nothing about this place screams I should stay here there was blood on the wall the room stunk the towels were stained(which we got blamed for and they refused to give us our deposit back) the bathroom door was boarded up with some random wood from outside the TV did t work every part of the bed had burn holes in it the vent in the bathroom look3d like someone took a hammer and smashed it in the wall the carpet was grimey and disgusting just dont stay here ick

The air conditioner worked and the door locked. Ridiculous parking. Poor and neglected maintenance. Non smoking room smelled like stale smoke. Bathroom fan and half of the lamps in the room were broken. Breakfast choices were either oatmeal or a granola bar. They were out of coffee by 8am. The trucking lot next door insured an 8am wake up.

Breakfast was a joke oatmeal. Crackers and some kind of protein bar. Not a horrible place to stay just no breakfast.

Nothing Bed was worst ever, floor was broken. No breakfast, rude staff.

Nothing that is advertised is correct from the ceiling to floor is dirt. Behind the beds ect. Manger racest against anyone light skinned. Very disrespectful.

I found all conditions in good condition. all fine for the price location was near walmart and fast food. ice machine works. room was modern. parking front row. ref and micro. desk, step in shower, instant hot water. next to fwy..
