Check in was easy, they seemed to be having a power problem so the rooms and lobby were hot until later at night.

The breakfast bar was great. It had quite a few different varieties. Coffee was hot. Deanna was very pleasant to talk with and she provided great customer service. She is very friendly and helpful. She is an asset to the company.

Nice place to stay. Quiet and good breakfast!

A suggestion i would put a regular flooring were the kitchenette is instead of carpet.

Carpet was sticky. AC was so loud and pounding that it made my bed vibrate all night. Vent in bathroom was filthy. Overall it was not very clean.

The price was a good value.

Property needs updates !!! Furniture too old

The facility and staff helped in our family transition of moving. We are greatly appreciative of the assistance. Everything was fine.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good, pancakes-eggs-sausages 😀However the room was old and needed serious attention.

Clean! Incredibly quiet. Beds AND pillows are so comfortable. Shopping is within walking distance. Restaurants or fast food are less than a block away. This hotel was budget friendly and I’m sure it was as good, if not better, than the surrounding hotel chains.

Other guests also were complaining about the ammonia smell. Air conditioner would only cool the room down to 75° no matter the setting.

The overall hotel was good for what we needed; just a place to sleep. However, the couch cushions had all the fabric taken off & the air conditioner had leaked, soaking the carpet all around it (which was under the window, around half the bed, & some in front of the sink/mirror). We told the staff so they were aware & they offered to move us rooms. I understand things happen & air conditioners can leak, but the couch cushions were just odd to me.

The property was not in good condition. The carpets were dirty, and the breakfast was served cold. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Staff was friendly. Pool was clean and kids loved it. Down side bathroom needed an exhaust fan when you took a shower made the floor slippery. When we arrived chemical smell from cleaning was really strong it settled down after awhile. Beds were ok. No sheets for sofa bed had to ask for them. Air conditioning was very loud and sounded like it was going break when shutting off.

Breakfast was adequate, but the hot items (sausage, scrambled eggs, and sausage gravy) were only lukewarm and the same items were offered each day. There were both waffles and pancakes, which were solid options, plus some breads to toast, a variety of cereals, and yogurt. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned nicely with sheets and towels that were in good condition. Overall, the facility seemed like it was in need of a refresh. The couch, floor, and ceiling in our room had multiple stains.
