If we find ourselves in OKC again, we will stay here again. The location was great, we liked how clean it was, and the staff were very helpful.
-
The room was very clean, we had booked the wrong room on accident and they were able to help us get it fixed with no problems.
-
I love this location and the staff. The location is convenient and close to restaurant and Tinker AFB.

Overall was clean, the breakfast was basic and good. We were at the end of a hall and traveled with our 2 small dogs. Overall would stay here again.

Property was clean, plenty of parking, friendly staff. The check in process was fast and easy. Location was perfect and close to the AFB as we were visiting our son.

Breakfast was great. Loved the pool. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Very kid friendly with treats at the front desk. Other patrons were friendly and generally a safe friendly clean location. Nearby eating and shopping. Out of your control really. But the idmidiat area is deteriorating. Closed business right out front. With other businesses open but run down. Maybe if you have business connections that might invest in the close closed restraint?

All good.

Location was good. Rooms were clean but the bed is like sleeping on the ground. Woke up to check out and found almost 500 dollars in charges. Was supposed to be 198.11 but had a charge for 248.11. I was charged both and it took almost 2 days for them to get it right.

Stayed on 4th of July with my family got back it stormed, got in the elevator and almost got to 2nd floor, lights go out in the whole building! Trapped in pitch black darkness with my 3 daughters all under 10, my elderly parents and my husband and another gentleman no relation. We called the concierge and he was panicking as the whole building was without power, mind you we are trapped in the elevator!! He never came my eldest daughter 8 years old start having a panic attack in the elevator we were able to calm her enough for my 63 year old father to use his strength 💪 to force open the door so we could get out! My father is an absolute hero! We had a good 6" grap from the elevator opening to the 2nd floor and had to get up 6' mind you my parents are over 60 and my mother has bad knees but we did it, walked down to the lobby were other guest were gathering because no electricity! No back up generator either, OG&E said 12:30am estimates it was 10:30pm by that time. Some guests returned with to their rooms, we returned to our room at midnight, my daughters 8,6,2 finally fell asleep around 1am, the lights you might ask didn't come back on until 3:30am blinding everyone but grateful 😀 it came on. What a wild experience but only strengthen the family and my father 👨 became the hero I always knew he was.

Our smoke alarm went off twice in the early morning and the gentleman at the front desk was so quick to give us another room so we could get back to sleep. Thanks!
