Best Western Plus Midwest City Inn & Suites

Couldn't ask for better. Room clean, staff respectful and nice (with smiles), cold air and a great room.

The staff was so helpful and friendly when we checked in and checked out the following morning.

It needed more coffee, Creamer and sugar in the rooms

Staff was extremely friendly. The lady working the breakfast area was constantly cleaning and keeping the area nice. The pool was clean. There wasn’t anything that stood out. Overall it was a good place. I never use the in room coffee machines because I don’t trust others not to mess with them. But this one is in the bathroom. Ew.

The stay was okay, but there’s some issue with the toilet that takes it forever to flush and stop running. I also didn’t like seeing hair on shower walls when we arrived. But, I did like how they return the incidental fee back to your card quickly.

The mattresses need to be replaced. Could not get comfortable and didn't sleep well cause it was causing my back to hurt

This was a great stay. Pool for the little one, clean comfortable room and the best part was the hot breakfast!!!

Great staff and great property. Really good BBQ very close by.

Close to eating places and softball fields. Also, the front desk lady that works during weekdays was amazing. She was always so personable and so happy. I wish I would have gotten her name but she definitely deserves a shout out! N/A

Minor issue at check in where they gave our room to another party with a similar last name. The manager immediately corrected the incident and was great to deal with.
