The young man at the front desk with dreads was very helpful. The cleanliness! The lobby smelled amazing.

They don’t clean your room unless you book a 3+ night stay. We didn’t have any towels changed out our 2 nights because of that. We called down to the front desk to get more and they just said “we’re out”

Breakfast is overrated, but acceptable. Breakfast staff were vey nice. The desk service was really bad the evening we checked in. The ladies were chatting and joking rather than assisting us. We had to wait much longer than was necessary. It was challenging getting on to the Bonvoy WiFi. I called the desk from both the room phone and the main line multiple times, there was no response. When I finally got a response I had to wait and wait till I hung up. Finally called the main Bonvoy help line, and that took awhile too. Marriott needs to make room WiFi easier. Air conditioning on the noisy side. Beds were not made, unless requested, which is a bit much when the hotel is on the expensive side.

Everything was great When i turned in my keys, the hotel tried to charge me for the room again 5 times even though I paid on booking.com in advance.

The lobby and my room were excellent, the hall way smelled off. Everything else was great, wish I could have stayed there longer!

Check in took half an hour due to system issues. 2 floor smelled terrible due to “floors being cleaned” a/c didn’t work and had to switch rooms. Fridge was warm. Billing issue at check out and had to wait in line which took another half hour. Pool was small.

Pool is lovely. Staff, particularly front desk and breakfast staff, are kind and helpful.
