Hotel Indigo San Diego Del Mar by IHG

Loved our guestroom as it was perfect location for my dog and I.

Special note was Tee from the restaurant. She was soo approachable, took incredible care of our group and was just the best! Please make sure she gets recognized.

I am not easily impressed but I was impressed. Employees were all professional and were a pleasure to communicate with. Location is top notch. Views of the ocean and walkable to town and the beaches. They have a complimentary champagne sunset get together which is a great way to enjoy a Pacific sunset. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Views from the room were amazing. Place was spotless and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Definitely will stay here again!

Ridiculously bright light outside my room goes right through the cheap blinds on the door window. why would the doors have windows anyway. Room description states blackout curtains. Not even close. This photo taken at 1am

We enjoyed our visit to The Indigo Del Mar. The staff was super and the food was terrific. The rooms were perfectly fine - it is not luxury by any stretch of the imagination - and the price charged is fair for what you get. Ocean view was also nice. Justin and Tee did a tremendous job serving us multiple times. Just can't thank you all enough for taking care of our family for the week.

If you’re looking to be charged twice, a very unhelpful front office, have stains on your bathroom towels and the tiniest bathroom known to man, look no further! The beds are comfortable but other than that, not much here.

AC wasn’t working in the gym and was very hot. Pool ms and hot tub were great. Staff was very professional and on top of everything. Bathrooms could have been bigger and queen beds weren’t a true queen size.

The Staff was very friendly & it was close to the fair which was perfect

A lot of the rooms have an ocean view (1/4 mile away). The staff were very helpful. We had a balcony and enjoyed the breeze coming off the ocean. A 1/4 mile walk dow to the sea cliff trail. Easy parking in the underground garage. A very nice location. We loved the Monarch restaurant nearby.

The stuff at the front desk was amazing! Especially Barbara with her great patience and Ursulla with her very warm welcome and demeanor! The balcony with the ocean view was a winner! Every time we are in the SD area we will make sure to return to this hotel. It is a GEM! I would change the light bulbs to warm light rather than white; that is the only comment I have. The white lights give a feeling of a cheap, cold place, which is not the case at all for this location. It is a great and welcoming place, with an excellent location and atmosphere.
