Very friendly check-in staff.

Location was great. Called to see if early check in was available and they said no, which is fine. I arrived at 4:00pm which was the designated check in time. The ladies at the check in desk were rude and dismissive. They informed me that my room still wasn’t ready and it would be 5-10 minute wait. Unfortunately it took a whole 45 minutes to finally get keys to my room. They made no effort to find another room. Instead made my wife and I wait. The bar wasn’t open on time to enjoy a beverage while we waited. I wasn’t offered any water while being forced to wait for a room that I paid for from 4pm-11am. Following day I requested late check out. After some convincing they allowed me to have an extra hour. In that time my wife and I left and came back to a room we couldn’t access. Once again the person working didn’t care that we weren’t able to get into our room to remove our luggage. Instead we once again had to wait in the lobby for the customer service representative to finish their personal matters which were very clearly her priority over her job. Never coming back. Making sure family and friends know to stay away from the most unwelcoming hospitality experience there is to offer in Del Mar. good riddance Indigo.

Location was great, more residential but short walk to restaurants and bars. Service at Breakfast needed additional staffing.

Bathroom lacking rubber slip resistant mats.

Foul smell in room from A/C.

Gave 2 separate people at the front desk my cell number to call me when the room was ready. Waited around on the lounge chairs. 4:00 PM came (when the room was supposed to be ready), no call, 4:15 PM no call, at 4:40PM I decided to walk back to the front desk and the same 2 people were there, no one was in the lobby, and they said I could check-in. The ADA room is also not a real ADA room, as you cannot get a wheelchair into the shower/toilet area. $470.00 doesn't go as far as it use to.

Great location in Del Mar, short walk from the shops and cafes, and the beach.

Room was clean and well lit grounds at night. Unfortunately check in was rough. Staff was so rude. While I was waiting to check in I was given a pool key. I went back to the reception and someone else was there. I tried to explain I had a key for the pool but I wanted to see if I could get a room key now and finish my check in. He interrupted me mid sentence and said "are you trying to check in? Let's cut to it so I can help faster" mind you there was no one else in the lobby. Rude and short for no reason.

Loved our guestroom as it was perfect location for my dog and I.
