Terrible restaurant . Beautiful facilities
-
Staff great. Rooms very nice.

Our room was next to the laundry vent and parking lot which had utility trucks coming and going so sitting on the patio was not comfortable! The room itself was nicely appointed except for the ants in the bathroom. Yes, ants. We didn’t realize the infestation until the second day of our visit. I was bit on my forearm so they gave me a first aide cream and took off the resort fee. We have yet to see the refund. On top of all that we were forewarned at check in that the city was shutting down the electricity for repairs so we were in the dark from 4am-8:30am. And the WiFi , TV , and some other systems were down. At this $$$$ price point we were expecting calm and leisure. Oh no. Dogs, babies, and small children on the loose. Couldn’t use the pool either. Kids took hours playing. Adults were annoyed. I would NOT recommend this stay. Can you blame me?

Lovely location and view. Close to so many restaurants and shops. Helpful and nice staff. Rating lower because the rooms are loud due to old air conditioning. It is like an airplane taking off in your room making it difficult to sleep at night. They need to do some upgrades.
-
The weekend was very busy. It felt understaffed during the week. No poolside food or bar service. Beach is not easy to access and you must cross railroad tracks. No special touches for our anniversary despite our request.
-
Very beautiful spot on the coast. Very boutique size which is nice and located centrally to many great shops and restaurants. The resort restaurant does not quite live up to a standard for this type of resort. Selections are extremely limited and not one shrimp option on the menu. Rather odd. Very quiet and comfortable rooms. Staff are excellent.

Very well. Thanks for the kind service.

Always love staying here! The staff are very nice and the valet gentleman are always going above and beyond!
-
Great customer service all around, close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants and superb quality of food and drinks. Would definitely return

This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything about the property is perfect and the staff is even more so! We had an air conditioning issue in our room and immediately someone came to check on it and they moved us to a different room. Very kind staff at all levels.
-
Most friendly and accommodating staff I have experienced. Daily evening music in the living room was exceptional.
-
The staff was good to work with. Food was below par. We upgraded for 150 dollars so our view of the parking lot would be better. Our view was at the room on the other side of the center area. Not that great,
-
Greta location very nice staff and clean hotel- stayed 4 nights and could have stayed longer
-
Changes rooms three times bc AC units in rooms are so loud. Third room still had less than ideal AC rattling, desk had paint splashes and nicks. Food was fine, not outstanding. Pool looks out over a parking lot but there is an ocean view beyond the parking lot. Overall would not return.
-
Staff was outstanding especially the valets. Bartenders, waiters, waitresses and staff went out of their way to accommodate any request.
-
This place was extremely expensive for what you got. The hotel was clean but old. Food service was a joke...took so long to get our food. Our dinner was over
-
Incredible location adjacent to beach and nice on-site pool & hot tub. Rooms are a bit dated but doesn’t matter one bit because the location is unbeatable.
