The front desk was amazing! Sharon's was professional polite and welcoming. I would not want to stay anywhere else on the ocean side!!! Highly recommend!

Nice rooms and beach facilities, nice pool. Restaurant provides good and tasty meals. No breakfast buffet available. Breakfast only served ordering from the bar in reception area seemed last year breakfast was available, however, this year seems to have not been on offer.

We just came back from the Pelham House and our trip was wonderful! The property is absolutely beautiful with a lovely private beach. The Restaurants, Bar and all of the staff made our trip both fun and relaxing. Whether we were on the Beach or by the Pool staff was attentive to our needs and took our orders throughout the day/night. The views are beautiful from each room as well as from the Roof Deck Restaurant! We will definitely stay here again!

We are avid Cape visitors. For years we've been trying to find that one hotel that exceeds our expectations. And each year, we are disappointed for one reason or another. Not this year! Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean. Yes! Clean! Seems simple enough, but we've never had that on the Cape before, so we were thrilled. Knowing that you're laying your head on a clean pillow after a long day at Race Point Beach holds a tremendous amount of weight. And you can't beat the location. We will happily be back! Thanks so much to the staff! Clearly, you all rock! The magic of the Cape gets us every time and now, we have a hotel that matches that magic. 🌊♥️ #grateful #finally

We did not realize that we had to climb 3 flights of stairs to our room. In the future we would request a ground level room.

Staff very helpful

Room was nice however the heater fan in bathroom was loud and we stayed during winter and it was windy and all you could hear were the patio chairs blowing around and tipping over. Probably pretty nice in summer.

We were on first floor. Occupants of the floor above got home at 1:30 AM. We heard d every step they took. We couldn’t sleep after that? There was no evening staff, just an emergency contact number on a biz card? No breakfast and a partially empty vending machine?
