the business center was really sad, the computer seemed like it was from 1997, there was no paper, and the printer didn't work. The breakfast was embarrassing.

When we arrived and got to our floor, there was a giant cockroach. And then when we got in our room, there was a baby cockroach as well as broken tiles, drywall crumbling, and an awful smell. If I wasn’t exhausted from our road trip across the country, I would’ve stayed somewhere else.
