The staff were very kind and accommodating. Our room was spacious and the couch and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast had something for everyone and was well stocked. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

The hotel was very clean. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. The gym and laundry area were well kept and the pool was a good size with plenty of seating off to the side. Would stay again.

The cleanness of the room could have been better. We had bugs in the bathroom crawling up the mirror. There was a flea in the bed. From that point on, I was not too happy with the room. It also had hair on the bathroom vanity. However, the night staff was great during check-in. The breakfast was great! Parking was convenient. The police officer or patrol officer on duty was not friendly. He didn't greet or smile at customers. Instead, he looked mean. Even if you spoke to him, he still had an evasive attitude. The beds were not that comfortable. Hopeful this honest review will help the hotel fix the areas that need to be addressed.

Our overall stay experience here at the Residence Inn was clean, plenty of parking, staff was friendly, very nice, and helpful, with plenty of breakfast. We would absolutely recommend to friends and family and stay here again without hesitation.

Rooms were clean and nice, the breakfast was great I wanted to sit in the hot tub to my surprise there was not one by the pool

Wonderful staff Easy location

I suffer from a bad back and always have issues with the bed. However, I was surprisingly happy that the bed was supper comfy. I have no complaints the staff was amazingly friendly. We will be booking here in the future.

Very clean, convenient location. Misunderstanding about housekeeping, it’s not offered everyday unless requested.

The room size and service

There was an altercation between two people on the other room which scared my girls. We were traveling for a dance competition. The hotel was a little secluded which made it feel a little more uncomfortable but the hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent.

Greeted promptly on arrival and checked in easily. Room was clean and spacious - so much room in a King Suite with a full kitchen to boot! We were thankful for the pullout sofa with an additional friend with us and slept 3 easily. Entire property from lobby to parking lot to our room was clean and well kept. The gym and Pilates room were a bonus! And nothing was overlooked for the breakfast buffet with something for everyone and lots of extras to boot! Ladies working buffet were kind and helpful. Front desk staff greeted us with each return and made us feel welcome! 5 stars for sure!

Please don't change the nice hot breakfast. The kitchen staff was very nice. You can tell they worked hard to keep things sanitary.? We ran out of body wash for the shower. The shower had a small constant drip...please fix.
