The staff was polite, professional, and accommodating. The comfort level of the room was great. The ac was cold, everything was exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Since we were planning on staying 2 nights, it would have been nice to have 2 mornings worth of coffee in the room without asking, as we did not opt for the buffet breakfast in our reservation. Worth noting, there is an ice machine on floors 2-4 but not on the first floor, so you will need to ask for an ice-bucket fill at the on-site restaurant. On our first day, we were disappointed with the hot tub as it was not working properly, but the pool was refreshing. When we tried to use the pool the next day, it was so crowded and loud (obviously with one large family group), that we did not feel comfortable intruding on their pool time. They took up the space outside and inside the pool, so we opted to stay inside instead. Note that the construction nearby does not allow instant access to the other side of the I-35 (Buc-ee's and adjacent restaurants) and that was one of the reasons we booked this location. There are a couple work-arounds for this issue, so be prepared depending on where you plan to venture. The location was great for a quick trip to the UNT campus and DATCU Stadium parking lots (within 10 minutes).

Location was okay. No breakfast. Lots of noise in room above. At first, I thought workers were working but it went into the evening. I asked the front desk to check. No help.

The the location is number one and also the hotel is very clean and staff is vey nice love this hotel

Location is central to so many things in Denton, easy to get in and out of.

My room was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The only complaint I have is both queen bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and one had either a broken slat or box spring, you could not move without making loud cracking noise.

The room was pristine, check in and out was quick & easy. The pool was delightful.10 out of 10!!!

Website said breakfast was included but it was not clear that you had to pay high room rates to get it. This did get told until after we ate
