Faucet Roulette: The sink handle spun with zero friction. Temperature adjustment was pure gambling: spin the wheel, predict the heat, and brace for scalding or ice. Levitating Seat: In our house, men stand, women sit, and penalties for stray drops are severe. This strangely mounted toilet seat refused to stay vertical. Managing personal business while manually levitating a filthy lid is acrobatics no traveler needs. Trickle Shower: Fourth-floor water pressure was so pathetic you could push drops back into the showerhead. Running a shower infinitely long to rinse soap destroys all conservation math. DIY Upkeep: Front desk staff was kind, but linens and TP were self-service. Housekeeping and maintenance never materialized. Ice Hike: The fourth-floor ice machine was dead, so we treated stair climbs as cardiovascular training. Quicksand Bed: The mattress was so structurally collapsible it swallowed you whole, prompting panic over morning extraction. Cryogenic A/C: The unit had enough horsepower to refrigerate Dallas, leaving us frozen like breakfast sausages by morning. Game Blackout: The TV worked, but the Chiefs game was stubbornly blacked out, and no network workaround helped. Traumatized, recovering, and packing a toolbox next time. Hope your stay is better.

The rooms are very clean, I never need them to clean my room every day because I tidy up my own stuff while I'm staying, the staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent the service was great the food tastes amazing. The air condition was nice and cool no funny orders coming from the air condition vent it was well appreciated since the time I stayed the temperatures were in triple digits. I do recommend this hotel the family and friends when we come to visit in the area.

Heather at the front desk was so nice and really went above and beyond to try to fix our electric blind that wouldn't open. She came upstairs to the 4th floor with a plug to charge it and

It was very clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast manager/chef/public relations was THE BEST!!! (I believe his name is Michael). Everything was great.

The staff was absolutely amazing, helpful and welcoming! Our room was nice, the size we needed for three of us.

This is the 4th or 5th time I've stayed there. The staff is always great hotel is always well maintained breakfast is great and rooms always excellent
