Staybridge Suites Denton by IHG

Room was nice and clean.

Exceptional

Great Location Dogs barking in the room

We had a 4th floor room. The dish washer beeped all night long no matter what we did to try and stop it.

The staff was helpful and kind

Everything was nice Beds were cozy I would ask for extra blankets

The stay was amazing and the staff was kind and helpful, I had no problem and all my questions were answered. The breakfast was excellent and the afternoon meal as well. Nice and clean

Room was clean and noise was minimal. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a nice stay.

Lorenzo works evenings and always had a huge smile on his face every time I came in to the hotel while he was working. He made great suggestions on places I could eat and places to go. Love staying here and Lorenzo made it even better.

Really nice Hotel !!

They could have extended breakfast hours during to Labor Day weekend.

Exceptional

It was a nice stay, pool was good and breakfast was amazing

Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed making their own waffles. The suite was large enough to accomodate a family of 6 (everyone was comfortable) and the suite included a large scale (regular size) refrigerator, alongwith a stove and kitchen sink. The hotel location put me 7 minutes away from our family event. The hotel suite had two bathrooms (shower only and shower/bath combo) but only one bathroom was operable. The bathroom with the shower only did NOT work at all so our family of 6 had to utilize one bathroom for our washing needs. One of the lamps didnt have a light bulb so we couldnt get full lighting in the living room area of the suite and the staff was not very helpful to accommodate our situation.

Excellent hotel, the staff was great, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Booking. Com had a very slow response. I had to call the hotel myself to correct an error. The hotel staff corrected the error immediately.

I selected the 2 bedroom suite for a reason and it definitely met that need. It was spacious enough for what we needed. The breakfast was decent and the cocktails hour a bonus to me. The staff was amazing. Every person I encountered offered service with a smile The suite was dirty which was a bit disappointing. Nothing else about the hotel gave the impression it was unkempt so I was a bit surprised. It is an animal friendly hotel. It seems the last to have that particular room had a dog and it left surprises and friends. I have pictures but I am reluctant to share because I am hoping my room was just a missed opportunity for the cleaning crew. Pet friendly hotels I've stayed in before had uncarpeted floors for this very reason

Hotel was just okay. Not bad, not unsafe, but also not great. Staff was there but not overly friendly. They did their job. Building, carpeting, elevators need maintenance. The hallways, doors and walls had scuff marks throughout. Bathroom doors lock was broke. Rooms were clean. Fresh linens, daily room cleaning. Breakfast was good but seating was mainly lobby couches and chairs. Rooms are definitely overpriced. With the building as is it should be closer to a $100 a night room and nothing over.
