amazing value for the price. the team is extremely responsive - nearly immediately via text and phone. All inclusive furnished apartments for your stay. I was staying while I worked at a nearby hospital and it was absolutely perfect. very safe walkable area and the easiest check-in process ive every had. the amenties definitely look shared (half empy bottles of soap, open detergent) and the common area furniture could have been deeper clean (noticeable stains) but nothing too crazy

Location is great and the room is excellent. The shower is not good. This was our second stay and we were hoping they made a change but didn’t. The shower curtain is too short and flimsy and water goes all over the bathroom floor. Shower head is like a fine hard mist.

It was nice and quiet and in a fantastic location. I loved being able to grab a quick smoothie right down stairs too. The beds were comfy and you could change the thermostat to what ever temperature is comfortable for you. The kitchen had tons of cooking tools available which was lovely and a full sized fridge with a freezer and water/ice dispenser. The hall ways were kept quite hot in my opinion. There was not enough toilet paper or paper towels stocked for our stay so we had to go out and buy more.

We always love having two rooms for our family. The location was great! We enjoyed our stay.

The room came with some amenities, which was really nice. Loved the place, definitely would stay again Slight miscommunication with getting room/building codes and street parking

- Check in was tough as the codes didn't work - My room door appears to have been broken into before as the security latch and deadbolt need repairs - When I tried to use the oven, it smoked pretty bad like it was being cleaned.

10/10 place. Tidy clean suite with full kitchen amenities and in-unit washer-drier. It felt more like a one bedroom apartment located in a convenient location near restaurants, bars and even downtown. Managing host was attentive and helpful. Would definitely book again in the future.

I loved the convenience, safety of the building with the codes, quiet time rules, the room amenities including sponge, soap, dishes, and super comfy bed. I loved the big fridge, oven, utensils. Microwave. Table. I love the windows could open and the curtains were good high quality curtains. Couch rug were all high quality. Truly awesome to have all that. Great price too! Super convenient communications from the Ceros team too for check in. Our window screen in room 303 was ripped and that needs to be fixed. I would appreciate 1-2 Tide pods or equivalent in the room so I could run a load of wash. This would help us so we don't have to go to the store and buy a big thing of it.

I was very impressed with the accommodations and very good location in the river North neighborhood of Denver. The apartment was clean , quiet, and secure.

We really liked the layout of the unit with a kitchen and laundry available. The area seems to be up and coming with new condo buildings being built all around. Weekend nightlife was close, but not too close to be disruptive. Primary complaint is that without staff on premises, we had an issue as soon as we arrived. The unit's bathroom door was locked and their instructions were to use a screwdriver to open it. I don't know anyone who brings a screwdriver with them on vacation.

Clean quiet and comfortable No broom

Had everything we needed. The coffee table in living room was incredibly wobbly and thought it might break at any moment. There was some confusion with codes sent in two separate messages but we sorted it out by looking over messages.

The location is perfect for the North end of downtown. Easy bike or walk to almost everything. Lots of cool neighborhood juice bars, top of the list was Campo Juice just 1 block away. Property had very basic ammenities, but its an apartment and not a hotel.

Location and well equipped No drawers in bedrooms to put away clothes

This property was great. There was some issues with the tv and not having hot water upon check in. The property management jumped right into assisting and clearing up the issues. I would definitely return as a guest.
