We really liked the layout of the unit with a kitchen and laundry available. The area seems to be up and coming with new condo buildings being built all around. Weekend nightlife was close, but not too close to be disruptive. Primary complaint is that without staff on premises, we had an issue as soon as we arrived. The unit's bathroom door was locked and their instructions were to use a screwdriver to open it. I don't know anyone who brings a screwdriver with them on vacation.

Had everything we needed. The coffee table in living room was incredibly wobbly and thought it might break at any moment. There was some confusion with codes sent in two separate messages but we sorted it out by looking over messages.

The location is perfect for the North end of downtown. Easy bike or walk to almost everything. Lots of cool neighborhood juice bars, top of the list was Campo Juice just 1 block away. Property had very basic ammenities, but its an apartment and not a hotel.

This property was great. There was some issues with the tv and not having hot water upon check in. The property management jumped right into assisting and clearing up the issues. I would definitely return as a guest.

The apartment was clean and tidy. Centrally located in Denver. The apartment was kept very cold (64F), and we were not able to locate the thermostat. There were no blankets on the beds, only sheets. This made sleeping rather uncomfortable, and the fact that there was no front desk staff to contact about this left us a bit frustrated.

No on site staff but they were helpful via email and phone. Property was clean and close to lots of food options.

The property had a long process to register. It requires time and you have to upload images of yourself and your drivers license. It was a lot of hassle but then once you get there be aware it is all managed by an off site company that is unable to assist you with issues without being placed on hold multiple times and multiple calls. It required a lot of time to eventually get into a ready unit. The manager that ended up helping did make things right but it doesn’t change that the way this property is managed makes it complicated for guests.

majority of the property was very nice. I just really hated my experience I had with the site Staff. I really did not like the staff management housekeeping. They are very rude. They made my stay. They could’ve been four or five star. Stay go all the way down to a one and I’ve had to completely change and redo my life plans simply because they wanted me to have repercussions and have consequences for sleeping past my alarm, which was already a very stressful time for me as I was running late to a very important job interview and they decided to make it 1000 times worse and refused to help me and refused to even acknowledge my existence at some point.

When we arrived, I first noticed that the shower curtain had significant discoloration at the bottom that looks like mildew, and I’m sure it’s due to frequent use and infrequent washing because the curtain just sits in water during a shower and until the basin/curtain dries. I also noticed that the duvet on one corner was clearly soiled and unwashed. We also found in one of the bathroom drawers, soiled, wet, dirty towels left behind from a previous tenant. We had no soap in the bathroom to wash hands with and had to search for some and found some underneath the sink in the kitchen. One of these wouldn’t have been a big deal, but combined shows significant neglect with cleaning for a new stay. I’m also a bit disappointed that upon both times asking about luggage storage for before/after check-in, I was told this isn’t an option, but there are clearly lockers in the lobby meant for this. When I inquired I was told property management doesn’t allow for patron use, but they’re all empty. Stay somewhere else in the RiNo district.

Cleanliness The AIR CONDITIONING DIDN’T WORK!!! I called multiple times and a technician was never sent. Requesting a 20%-30% refund. It was in the 90 degrees during the day and low 80s at night. Sweated by way through a 6 night stay.

Lots of maintenance issues. Water dripping from bathroom ceiling for the last 5 days of our stay (probably from AC unit) so had to use waste basket in the middle of bathroom and towels to catch the water. Dryer took over 5 hours to dry very small load. Had to reset breakers for microwave to work. Used a few towels to clean up the ceiling leak and never got replacement towels although we asked for them. Great location, nice apartment otherwise.

This was a five star and then last night happened. I was locked out of my room it was 0200, I accidentally left the phone in the room (so, no way to call or look up any of the numbers I had been in touch with the staff the last 2 days of my stay, and no way to check my reservation. I'm sorry I was outside in the rain for 3 hours trying to figure out how I was going to get back into my room there's no information on anywhere in this building of the phone numbers that I could I could have reached out to you I didn't have a phone so I couldn't call anybody so I had to go to a bar and said in a bar for about half an hour waiting to figure it out and then it dawned on me I could use my Bluetooth so I drove over to the side of the building and I was able to work and I was able to finally get in after 3 hours in the rain cold and in the middle of the night and not the best part of town well it's not that bad of a town but you know anything could happen so my opinion is that the customer I think you should have somewhere on your building outside probably too by the front door where there's a bat where there's a code to get in your number to contact you guys in case you're locked out cuz I would have been very helpful if I would have had that I wouldn't have to do it for 3 hours I was really upset about that so I hope you guys can fix that. Otherwise it's been nice and very nice condos and apartments if you will and the lady that was helping me I cannot remember her say her name and r
