the rooms are spartan. concrete floor with small rug. Bed was pretty good, shower decent. Room felt clean. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4p. rooms are big. Front staff were didn't seem to care or want to be there. Its a decent hotel, but I'll try somewhere else next time.

What a great trip. A great place to stay to watch the Rockies game or to be able to be downtown on a fun Saturday night in the summer. Great spot.

I did not get my bottle of wine or the daily food credits as promised. And I contacted the hotel and they never got back to me. The hotel was just ok. Cool rooftop though.
-
The only complaint I have is the parking fee. The parking garage is attached to the hotel so why am I paying to park at a place, I'm paying to stay at already.?

Called ahead and was told room would be ready in 20-30 mins. When we got there we were told it wasn’t ready now and we had to wait an hour longer. We paid for a Mountain View and waited for a high floor, the AC was broken in that room so the front desk moved us to a different room that ended up not being a Mountain View. We refused that room and were eventually given another room on a low floor that had the view of a roof and AC unit. The robe was dirty with a mud footprint on it and the slippers had self tanner and long hair all over them. The iron in the room was also messed up with plastic melted on the bottom that would have ruined our cloths if we didn’t notice first. After telling the front desk all of this, they offered no compensation or adjustments and just kind of ignored it. Front desk staff in general didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Very high expectations for this hotel and none were met. Would never stay there again. Shout out to the guy who helped the first night though. He already did his best to make something work for us.

Incredible hotel. The smashed avocado happy hour special at the rooftop bar and their espresso martinis were the highlight of our trip!!! Super fast elevator, everything was modern and clean. We loved the stairstepper in the fitness center.

Very clean, nice staff, would stay again

Generally, the accommodations were ok but lacked attention to detail and the quality that would be expected for the price of the rooms. The staff were polite but not attentive.

Would not recommend this hotel ever. Staff is unhelpful, and not knowledgeable. Laughed at my questions. Didn't feel like I could even walk barefoot in my room. Wasn't given my VIP perk and had to ask for it. Pool is a glorified bathtub. "Free drink" - but they don't tell you it's only at the restaurant at the top of the hotel. Didn't even feel safe. There were people fighting in the street and could hear cars revving engines all night. Two moths also roomed with us.

The room was comfortable. The staff could have been more helpful concerning parking and how it works.
-
Modern design, perfect for bicycle travelers due to concrete floors and huge elevators. Lots of places to hang out in the building and attached restaurants. Neighborhood is still under development. Not much outside the hotel walls. Long walk to night life due to railroad tracks cutting off the neighborhood.

Sweet place to stay

Great Experience. Will return : )
-
Gorgeous property/room. Easy access from the parking garage. Numerous food/beverage options available in the building. All good!
-
An absolutely amazing place! Took 4 calls to get extra towels but aside from that it was an awesome stay..we will return!
-
Easy access to RTD A line (10-15 minute walk).

The room was fine for a few days, although a little small with not much storage space. Bed was comfortable and our room had a nice view of the mountains and the beautiful sunset. The major room drawback was the roller blind, which was torn and off its track. The hotel has a few restaurants on site and we enjoyed both we went to. Small pool on the roof was a great addition! Location wise, it’s in a bit of a dead zone but livelier areas are a few minutes drive away.
-
Weird but neat setup. My only gripe was having to use the mini-bar as our refridgerator...
-
Pool was smaller in person but the deck was great.

Great stay!
