The finishes in the rooms are cheap and falling apart. Beds are somewhat comfortable and good showers but the bathroom lighting is inadequate. The food hall onsite is excellent, friendly staff as well.

    Very good

4 amazing restaurants. All different cultures . Great for sharing. Room was comfortable. Great bed.

Location, restaurants in the market hall - incredibile sushi. Great work spaces. Sunset from pool/bar area is worth seeing. Booked for three people and there was no bedding for the third person on the sofa bed. Had to call through of this. Staff did supply quickly but the booking was clearly made for three. Lack of breakfast options on site.

Bonus, the sunset views from the pool! 10/10!!!

Pool area and bar was lovely My room was super noisy with air conditioning units just outside window. They offered a loaded burrito at the BBQ restaurant and that was about it for breakfast within walking distance. Don’t care for concrete floors and gray walls. Staff was great.

Loved having the pool. The location is across the train tracks from the main part of RINO we wanted to be in, but it was such a nice property that it made up for it!

They cancelled my booking and left me with no where to stay

Modern, clean hotel with spacious room and great view. Quiet. Facilities onsite include a fantastic rooftop restaurant/bar with amazing views and a small roof top pool. The main restaurant had one of the most amazing sunday brunch buffets I've ever had (quite pricey though). Very nice staff. Walking distance to Mission Ballroom venue. The location is a bit of a challenge. If you want to go to the LoDo attractions, it is a fifteen minute walk going over the railroad track overpass (elevators are out of service) or take an uber. The options for dining and entertainment on the north side of the tracks were a bit limited.

Design is cute but pricey for what it is. First room toilet over flood and flooded the whole suite into the hallway was nicely put into another suite that had the same problème, toilet that wasn’t flushing but did not overflow. Seemed like staff was used to it. I think for the price you pay for a suite things should be working. Happens both early in the morning ruined my mornings, bad sleep is not what you’re looking for in a hotel. AC in first room was broken and Noisy.

    Disappointing

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

I liked the coffee bar. The fact that there is a window that allows light from the bathroom into the bedroom. Very inconvenient when one person is sleeping and the other wants to shower, etc.

This has been our second time staying here and it is always great. There are a lot of very nice restaurants and things to do. The rooms are always clean and everything works great. Very highly recommended!

The phone in our room didn’t work, so if you needed anything from the front desk, you had to go all the way down to the lobby. A bit annoying and inconvenient, but not enough to be upset about. The Market on the same grounds was closed the whole time we stayed, so we didn’t get to experience it at all. It’s also not what we were expecting. The thing I loved most was that in order to get to the floors where the rooms were, you needed to scan the keycard in the elevator, or it wouldn’t go to the floor. I loved that security feature. I would not be opposed to staying here again, and the staff is to thank for that. They were all amazing and nice!

The wifi did not work at all in the hotel room- very frustrating

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Most of the staff were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but there were a couple that were definitely less than that. The brunch menu is limited, but what we had was very, very good. Parking was frustrating. The “pass” never worked so we ended up paying a lot more than expected. Nice location, although I wish there was more information about things to do in the area. I’d expected there to be a lot of things we could walk to, but that was not the case.

The rooms were simple, modern and well-designed. The king-size bed was comfortable enough with plenty of sheets to feel cozy and warm! I loved the openeness you get with the vaulted ceilings and large windows, making the room feel larger than it actually was. Concrete floors throughout makes it easy for hotel staff to clean which in turn made me feel like I'm walking on clean floors. The shower and bathroom sink pressure were ideal. The only thing I could possibly complain about was the bathroom lighting. The lighting in the room and bathroom were all LED and very modern and pleasing to the eye, but it could have been a touch brighter in the bathroom, where I assume most people are wanting to take a good look at themselves before getting ready and stepping out to face the day or night! However, with everything else I mentioned, along with all of the hotel ammenties (rooftop pool/hot tub, multiple restaurants, reasonably priced onsite parking), the bathroom lighting wasn't enough to change my 5-star review of the property! If your wanting to stay at a hotel conveniently located in the heart of RiNo district, and reasonably close to Red Rocks, look no further! I would definitely recommend The Source Hotel and would stay here again!

A very nice hotel, lots of options for dining and staff was great. Some room maintenance is needed, the window shade was tattered on the edges and the Keurig was not working. The food options are plenty! My package included a food credit at the hotel restaurant which was just enough for an appetizer. Very nice views of the mountains.
