Issues checking in and ill equipped staff
-
Gave a wrong room twice.

The property and room were clean, the staff were polite and friendly.

Room was clean but TV didn’t work. I called the front desk and they said someone will be up and no one showed up. Iron board was a tabletop and broken.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The staff was very friendly at checkin. The room overall though was fine for a night, but if I were staying longer I would have requested a change. The AC unit made horrible noises and disrupted sleep for both me and my daughter. This was a pretty significant concern. The shower conditioner was empty, the water was warm vs hot, and not all lights were working. When I tried to check out there was no staff to be found at the counter, so I left the keys in the room.

Stay the night before flying to Europe. Has paid parking to leave car and shuttle to airport

We weren’t there for very long. Just late night until early AM. The other guests that were sent to our room and entered with key cards at midnight while we were asleep was quite surprising and unexpected.
-
No working air conditioner in the first room. Requested maintenance but no assistance after an hour. Called and got switched to a room with a semi functional air conditioner. Staff was dismissive or just jaded.

Super convenient to DIA and parking for airport plus free shuttle available from hotel. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants too. Hotel was modern, clean and everything you'd expect from Marriott. Very pleased.

I checked in on July 2 and asked about the shuttle for the morning of July 3, as I needed to be at the airport by 4:45 a.m. I was told there were no seats available. The shuttle, operated by a third-party vendor, runs only every 30 minutes, and the hotel is allotted just seven seats per trip. During peak hours, that is clearly not enough to accommodate guests. As a result, I had to book and pay for a Lyft, defeating the purpose of choosing a hotel with airport shuttle service. When I raised the issue with the manager, she acknowledged that management is aware of the problem but has declined to increase the shuttle frequency or capacity because it would cost more. It's worth noting that this property is a privately owned Marriott franchise.

Decent place to stay. Rooms were clean.

The gentleman was friendly at the front desk, place was spacious and clean!
-
Not at par with Marriot hotels.

Parking fees were not as advertised & the parking lot is managed by a separate company that isn’t affiliated with Marriott (make it make sense). Advertised fees at booking: $10/day Actual fees: $15/day + additional $1.50 fee just because I guess The hotel itself isn’t modern or well maintained. One of the elevators was out of order. The gym was essentially just a row of treadmills with one outdated weight machine. The AC unit in the room was old & the fan very loud making a good night’s sleep difficult. There were no modern charging ports (USB). The sliding door to the bathroom stuck to the carpet & was difficult to close. Housekeeping didn’t come by once during our 4 day stay. It’s understood that some hotels require you to request housekeeping services but that was never conveyed at check in or posted anywhere (or it wasn’t in a highly visible area if it was). There was also no one at the front desk when I attempted to check out (6 am). I guess in summary, this particular hotel resembles a Motel 6 more than a Marriott. Sorry, not sorry.

The airport shuttle never showed. I called multiple times and they told me they should be there soon. I ultimately waiting 2 hours and another hotel shuttle ended up seeing me 2-3 times and took me. The hotel staff didn’t care.

It was an ok stay. Staff was nice, breakfast was good. Just like every other hotel with breakfast. Area was clean and well stocked. Room was ok. Shower door handle was undone. Everything was there that should be there. Had to pay for parking. It’s about 10 minute drive to airport. That is the main reason we chose this location. Did not use the airport shuttle.
