The parking charge seems ridiculous, lot wasn’t 1/3 full, and its wide open space all outside of the property. Saw a few cars parked in the public street which is just another 30ft away. This is just a ploy to advertise a lower room rate.

This place is very nice. It's nice you can walk to a lot of restaurantes. The hotel is nice and the lady that checked us in was super nice.

Very quiet and near the airport

The property is clean and the staff were very friendly, but the toiletries and amenities are very basic.

Beware, they charge $16 a night to park, which is ridiculous. Very little water pressure in the shower, breakfast was decent.

The staff was courteous and friendly. Our room was well maintained and very clean. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. We will be staying here any time we come to Denver.

I was never told about the parking fee's when i checked in. I walked out and drove off and noticed i had a ticket on my windshield. Apparently you had to pay for it through your phone which i saw no signs out front and nobody told me when i checked in so i got a ticket of $40 for not paying it at that moment. if i had paid it it would've been $15

That said, what was least helpful was the front check in lady. It was the same one on my check in and check out. Her attitude was unfriendly and she looked out of it. I had to keep repeating myself. When I went to her to ask her to fix the safe and clean the room the second time, she kept repeating my room number wrong each time I said it. She looked confused. Finally, she wrote it down. I asked if we could check out early the night before and she said we needed to do it the day off. I told her I would be there 5am the next morning to check out and that me and my friend wanted to pay for the room separately. The next morning when we were down at 5am to check out, she said she could not have us pay separately because the computer was doing an audit. I told her why that was the case when I had told her the night before I would be down at 5am. Her explanation was she thought I would be down at 4:30am. I think that sums it up. Perhaps with different staff it would have been a different experience.

The hotel rooms are clean and the beds are nice and comfortable. There are no cups or any coffee or tea. The breakfast is okay, the toaster one side was broken and burn the toast. The shuttle bus is every 30 minutes. Overall is good hotel room for one night. I heard the parking is not free.

Grigg was so very helpful with EVERYTHING! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay and planned activities went as smoothly as they possibly could have! That guy needs a BIG raise!!!
