Courtyard by Marriott Denver Cherry Creek

Clean rooms and comfy beds. It always sucks to book a room at a hotel for amenities like a hot tub, only to find out it is down. The front desk was helpful, but the restaurant staff was not (night bartender) over a few nights.

This hotel is from 1980 but now is too old I’m sorry but is the true……

Reception staff was not helpful. We asked for more coffee cups (twice). They were very short with the customers. Restaurant staff was rude and ignored customers. aRoom - Desk chair was worn out.

Small bath, tiny fridge, wifi wouldn't connect.

There was construction at the check in area so that was our first impression. We went to get coffee in the morning and no one waiting on our table. We had to order breakfast at the coffee area and waited 40 minutes for our food. The beds are very comfortable but the bathrooms felt out of date and small. Parking was good. Well lit up.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I liked the space of the room. It was a good fit for me and very quiet even though it was next to the elevator.

Everything else was great ! This is minor but the beds were to hard for me and the pillows were too soft. Restaurant was too expensive as well.

Property was going through some renovations, food was very expensive, staff was not very friendly!!

Beware of the upcharge on food and drink items from the snack areas. We were charged eight dollars for a water and the seventeen dollar a night fee for parking is ridiculous. There's no security nor a gated lot. It's self parking in a crowded lot for a premium upcharge. Overall I'd recommend finding another place to stay.

Amenities were all closed down full duration of stay. Staff was kind of rude about it. I got threatened while asking if there was a gym since the website listed a 24/7 fitness center. The breakfast kiosk is expensive and wasn’t open when I needed any of the times I went down there. I asked for a partial refund or at least free parking and was denied and told to reach out to general manager. Won’t stay here again for the price and lack of amenities.

Good location, but the hotel is definitely showing age and needs a facelift. Rooms were very worn (peeling wallpaper, bare chair and sofa edges, old carpeting).

Staff is great, but the hot tub is boarded up. The pool was freezing, Their is construction going on which starts at 8 outside your windows. The restaurant and bar area are the same area that everyone uses to do work or hang out as there is no other area in the lobby. They call it the Courtyard Marriot Cherry Creek, but it is not really in that area.

Coffee bar would be nice.

This hotel was older. The furniture was outdated, worn out. We stayed two nights and the staff did not provide any new glasses for drinking water. We asked for extra blankets and when we received them they had a bad order. I would not stay there again.
