The hotel is under total construction so no gym time!

I’ve stayed here several times. This is my first poor review. The property is under construction. The workout facilities were closed, the bar area not as comfortable. And the toilet in my room overflowed late at night and I had to change rooms. The staff were great in handling this mess but housekeeping should have caught this as the toilet was flushing slow.

Nice hotel good location, bit noise due to renovation but all was good, does need some upgrades older furniture, fast elevator

Great area there was some construction going on but nothing to disrupt the stay.

Would not let me check in due to age restrictions that were not mentioned anywhere on website or during booking. Been two days have still have not been refunded and staff could not help me with the situation other than telling me to wait for a manager to come in.

Company truck broken into and tools stolen.

Second stay at this hotel and it was very good as usual. Although there was some construction going on, it was not inconvenient and over the next day or two. I was told about it as I checked in. The room was great and very clean and private. Staff was helpful, and I had breakfast at The Bistro; just a latte and bagel, but there were a lot of choices on the menu.

Property in good clean condition but the gym was under construction.

Construction made for noisy, messy appearance and having to drive down the road to use the gym. Marijuana smells in the hallways and people smoking outside in the picnic seating areas. You have to pay for parking and breakfast. Not even coffee is offered. For the price, I have seen better.

The staff was excellent a very accommodating. I will definitely stay there again. My room was big and quite comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is kind. Our only issue is that all of the amenities were closed and because we booked through Expedia we weren’t aware of this until we arrived.

My only complaint is that the bed was super uncomfortable for me and the pillows were not firm.

The food selection in the restaurant was good.

The mountain view was absolutely gorgeous!

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast is not included and you have to pay for parking.
