Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek

The breakfast didn't have much so we didn't eat there. The pool was closed when we came. The room was great, it had good space The view was amazing especially for night time. The staff was nice and very polite.

Room smelled musty, breakfast provided but for $15+ per person. Pool was being fixed when there, it was nice they tried to accommodate and we could go to the other hotel nearby but not convenient. Elevator went out during time there and we were on a high floor so the trek up was no fun! Front desk staff at check-in were not pleasant and seemed annoyed by everything

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful when we needed to change rooms. Breakfast was bountiful and staff was very helpful. Parking was underground

The location is perfect for what we like to do in Denver. It's also ideal having a few restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We thought the hotel was just "okay." One of the elevators was out the entire time while we were there. We had to change rooms due to an issue and opted for the second floor so we could use the stairs and not have to wait for the elevator each time.

Great Friendly staff hard to park if you’re towing a trailer. Rooms are good could use an update but otherwise was an enjoyable stay.

The property was in a great location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Our king room was very large and clean.

I Paid for my room in advance. Then when we arrived I gave my card for a 50$ deposit. I was then charged 375$ (100$) more than my entire stay, plus the 50$ deposit. Then when I asked about it they said that it was a mistake and the money was already on the way back. So now I’m out 400$ spending money for our trip. On top of that only 1 elevator worked in a 8 story hotel we ended up taking the stairs most times after waiting 5+ minutes.

The rooms were clean and the area was maintained. It was nothing extraordinary but definitely I good stay if you are just looking for a quick place to stay

Personnel very personable and efficient. Pool small but adequate and clean. Wonderful breakfast buffet for a price, but worth it. Didn’t take advantage of the bar and evening food but it looked good as well. Nice garden areas outside. Good grassy strip for dogs, even tho we didn’t have them this time. Convenient UBER to lots of places. Next time I’ll move in.

Only one elevator worked the whole stay, so wait times were long and the packed. Rooms were dirty upon arrival. However, the staff was very nice. Just not really up to date and clean.

Great location with a lot of nice restaurants around. Cherry Creek trail right next to the hotel for a run or a walk. Breakfast was fine, but, $17. Parking was $17 per night as well.

Other than that everything was good

Good location for our trip and room was nice. Only issue was one of the two elevators was out the whole trip and while there, the second one went out for a day. So not great to use stairs but that is only complaint. By the time we left, one of the two was working again. Front door staff was friendly as well.

The building has 8 floors and only 2 elevators — and unbelievably, one of them was out of service for about 10 days. Every morning meant a 10 minute wait just to get downstairs. On the day we checked out, both elevators were broken, forcing us (2 Senior Citizens) to carry our luggage down multiple flights of stairs. There is zero maintenance and clearly nobody cares. Our first room (facing the main road, the odd numbered rooms) was a nightmare. There is no soundproofing whatsoever. It felt like every vehicle on the road was driving straight through the room. The bathroom vent ran constantly and loudly, and the refrigerator sounded like a truck. Sleeping was impossible. We switched rooms the next day, hoping for improvement. Instead, we got a new set of problems: The bathroom vent didn’t work at all. The air conditioner made noise even when it was turned off. The bed was in a shabby condition and made squeaking noises. It’s astonishing how every room manages to have its own set of issues. When we checked out — after dragging our luggage down the stairs because of the broken elevators — we complained to the front desk clerk. He was rude, dismissive. He offered us some Hilton Honors points and to waive the parking fee, as if that would magically fix the nightmare we had just endured. To make things even worse, none of those promises were ever fulfilled.

I was under the impression it was a "free hot breakfast" place, but it is not. I wish it had been, but otherwise everything was solid: good location, friendly staff, clean.
