The rooms smelled of heavy bleach. Had to sleep with window open. Cabinets were worn and bathroom exhaust fan did not work.

It was ok. I have seen worse hotels. The man that checked me in was nice and patient. It was an inconvenience to have them switched out all the beds from trashed to brand new. I mean it's good it was done and nice having new beds to sleep on in the middle of our visit, but see the dirty old ones in the parking lot for 4days made the property look trashy, and boy where the nasty, you never know what you are sleeping on, well we found out. Laundry room smelt like death and urine, along with I think dark soda drops from vending machine, but my daughter swears its blood. They came in to clean our room, but did not take our dirty towels and give new ones. Environment was not loud at night.

Our room was extremely clean, it smelt so fresh as soon as we opened the door. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness considering how pet friendly the facility is. And if anyone needs a place to stay with a furry friend, this really was perfect. We only needed the room for one night, but would’ve liked to have stayed longer. The only downside was we did need to check out very early in the morning and the front desk/office was closed which was fine. Although it would’ve been nice to have a drop box of some kind to place our room keys in.

Location was superb, everything was close to the property. Thos property have a serious rodent issue.Rats run in the parking lot all night until the sun rise, running under cars and jumping in motors from underneath.The rodents aren't in room,but still was a eye sore that I can't unsee.

Exterior in good shape. Price was very good. TV and Wifi were fine. Walking distance to Target, Santiagos restaurant and Sam's No. 3 Diner with full bar which were both very good. Clean refrigerator. Room was shabby and needs updating. Door was about 3/4 inch above the ground at the threshold. Bed sheet had a big stain top Right portion discovered upon leaving. It went straight through to the mattress so appears it was the last resident's ....... meaning: they didn't change the sheets before I arrived for two nights. No breakfast there, no coffee in room. No coffee in lobby, short desk hours, tub and sinks were in need of replacement. Small single bar of soap, no shampoo. Location was not close to 10th and Broadway where I needed to be.

This hotel turned me away after I had booked online with no ounce of empathy or regard for my humanity and sent me to wander the streets of Denver at night alone while my phone was dead

Room was stinky and floors were horribly dirty. Socks were black just from walking around the room. Beds were very uncomfortable. Bathroom was not very clean. Had to remove own trash from room and take it to the dumpster
