Missed housekeeping

Air-conditioning in the room wasn't working. Called front desk for a fix and a technician came in to fix the issue around 10pm. He did something and informed that the air-conditioner was fixed and now working. It didn't work. Room remained warm. Barely slept through the night.

Overall experience was bad, system was down at check in. Storm came in and water started coming in from the room window. I showed the staff and they upgraded my room. My incidental payment wasn’t charged till the next day when I wasn’t able to enter my room again. Not only did they keep my incidental payment, but at check out said I had a due balance, even though I booked and paid 2 weeks ago. Parking app made a $500 hold on my card leaving me less money than when I arrived

As a solo traveler, I felt safe and the room was comfortable and pleasant

It was ok but, the rooms did not feel clean at all

Bathroom poorly designed. Very limited work out area.

Our stay was awesome!!! We didn’t get a chance to hang outside in the pool or anything, but we greatly enjoyed the room and room service.

Shower is made for a 4’ tall person and barely enough water to rinse the soap off you. I definitely don’t agree with having to pay for parking when I’m staying at your property that was a total scam as a customer. I won’t be staying anywhere that charges me for the room and to park my vehicle on your property

Great location, felt safe, beds were great. Would stay here again life in Denver.

My stay at the hotel was good except I was awake n by a dog barking, and I was awakened by a couple of knock's on my door at 8:00 am and no response.

This was my first stay at the Doubletree Hilton in Denver. I was visiting family so I didn't take advantage of the amenities, but the location was great as was the staff and accommodations.

Lobby floor often smells of sewage. Pool was ice cold in JULY! Umbrellas missing or busted. Parking garage required a second check-in like hassle. Parking garage is horrible with all the pillars. Parking is very expensive, and in addition to the exorbitant rate, they charge a service fee. Housekeeping cleaned only 1 of 3 days.

The East Tower rooms could use updating.

Staff was nice, everything was great

Very clean room and property. Did not use the restaurant or pool this visit, was just a short overnight stay. Perfect for our needs.
