This place was so incredibly terrible that we checked out on 7/4/26 instead of 7/5/26. I want to not be charged for the last day since we checked out early.

The stay was ok, for the price is good.

Room had no heat and no AC. Sinks in bathroom and puny kitchenette squirt when used. Shower curtain is too short, bathroom floods constantly, no ventilation so you can't get dry, either. Owners' minds are stuck in the 50s, as evidenced by their no-weed policy (this is Colorado; get with the times, losers). We find cockroaches all the time here. Work online? Too bad! The S***ternet will not help you. TV also sucks, very limited channels and the same crapola every d**n day, you'd think you were in purgatory if you stay long enough. Cleaning and security staff are nothing special. The office staff? Liars. Exploiters. They bait and switch, which is illegal. Will rent the room you're in out from under you, even if you can pay to stay, and if you're deathly ill, then you're still in the street. They also work with criminals. And they are pansycake snowflakes who burst into tears at the sight of a cuss word )grow up, weaklings). And if they think they are going to prevent this truth from getting out and trashing their bad name, they'd best learn to think and guess again. "If something can be destroyed by the truth, it deserves to be destroyed by the truth." - Carl Sagan

This property has several disadvantages in its location and passing homeless population. Amenities are typical for a two-star property. The room, although dated and overdue for a remodel, was clean. The major minus for us was a strong tobacco smell and other guests who thought that yelling across the parking area was acceptable behavior near midnight. The lady who checked us in was pleasant and professional. Other reviewers mentioned spotty TV service. We noticed that the headings on the channels we did receive had no relation to the actual programming. For us, this was a minor annoyance. For the money, this is an adequate property; with a remodel and more considerate customers, this can be a good budget choice.

It was a good experience and I always have a good time when I stay here

Smelled like smoke even after multiple days. Other concerns were Google reviews about roaches, bedbugs, and lacking staff.
-
.room 326 floor was dirty with hair, smashed food, smelled of cigarettes and with the air conditioner on, made the smell worse, being asthmatic made my lungs heavy and hard to breathe. Stairwells did not have lighting and was unsafe due to drug addicts on premises, elevator hardly worked. Staff was not pleasant. Will never stay or recommend this place.

I paid through the app Internet was not good enough to check email. Called the number. The tech needed the hotel phone number. The front desk staff were unsure and gave me 2 different numbers. The speed improved, but was pathetic. Could not log into any banking apps. Too slow to authenticate security. Should not be allowed to advertise. The tow truck guy will tow you if you put the pass in the wrong place due to a headhunter style contract. Tweeker actively smoking meth in the stairwell on arrival. I had to wait for him to finish before I could go to my room. There are a ton of extra rules. Don't back into parking spots. It felt very negative before I checked in due to the extra rules at this location.

Just pick somewhere else. As soon as I checked in and saw the facilities and the room, I immediately went looking for different accomdations elsewhere.
-
Nothing. They gave me parking pass I put it in my window and followed all the stated rules. They STILL towed my car— chaged me $500 to get it back an hour later. Then they kept the cleaning fee even though I did not leave a mess.

Room had a toilet that didn't flush well, a shower that leaked everywhere (probably creating mold underneath), refrigerator had left over food in it from previous guest, and the heating/cooling was not sufficient. There was smell of cigarettes and marajuana every time we opened the door. One night, the neighbor talked vey loudly on the phone very late into the night right outside our door. And at one time the door at the end of the stairway was blocked closed, which was a serious safety concern in case of a fire. The hotel themselves refused to refund our money when we checked out early (fortunately Hotels.com helped with our out-of-pocket loses). The hotel did not take responsibility like they should have with our early checkout. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Every thing you need at a good price.

Clean sheets Hole in my mattress, key cards didn’t work, neither did the neighbors- had to go to office every time to get in. Furniture needs updated, bathroom locked us out, he used a crow bar to open it
-
Dirty, smoky. Lots of vagrants and people banging on doors in the middle of the nifnt
-
Very poor service, rude staffs.

The room, bedsheets, towels smelled like cigarettes. Although I had a “no smoke room” (I’m not a smoker). I asked for a queen bed but was given double beds. When I feel someone with a family could of benefited the room rather than just 2 people that need 1 bed. I had trouble going into my room the door wouldn’t open. The stair door is a safety hazard. Had to use full physical force to open. My bathroom door wouldn’t close, the shower curtain is too short. Water was spilling onto the floor. We wiped the floor with a white cloth and was black (DIRTY)! We weren’t able to watch TV there were no signal. The only good thing was that the manager let us check in early when the receptionist said we had to wait until 3pm (we arrived at 1)

I booked this location not knowing the actual location and was very disappointed. We actually didn't even stay the night and drove back home. The room was very run down, no toilet paper, shower leaking causing the bathroom floor to be extremely wet and the floor was dirty. We also had multiple neighbors hanging outside their rooms making it quite uncomfortable. I payed for a dirty, unkempt room that I didn't even use unfortunately.

The TV didn't work in the room.
