The elevator was also out of service during our stay, and at one point we had to use the service/freight elevator, which was inconvenient. One other thing I noticed was during housekeeping: the staff member wore gloves while cleaning the bathroom, but I did not see her change gloves or wash her hands before making the bed afterward. This made me a bit concerned about hygiene standards. Overall, the stay was acceptable, and the friendly staff were a positive part of the experience, but there are some areas where the hotel could improve.

Overall, this was a fine stay. The attention to detail for cleaning the room each day was excellent!! The breakfast was very robust and delicious - what was there. Things ran out quickly and were not refilled - even the coffee. The walls were thin - we could hear what was happening on either side of us. In one room next to us they were smoking. When we complained, the front desk was very responsive but the only fix was to move us. Unfortunately, it was so bad we did have to move in the middle of the night. The staff was very apologetic and accommodating, and comp-ed the room for that night.

I booked a two queen bed room on your website. I paid extra money over the king bedroom because I didn’t want to have to share a bed with my teenage son. When we arrived at the property, they informed us that that a 2 queen room had never been available and that we should not trust your website in the future. So I paid the extra $50 but still ended up with a single king room. I will never use your website in the future and I will tell friends/family the same.

I had stayed here before and everything was as expected. Breakfast was very good and the location was convenient for my needs.

We didn’t get out booked room of a king bed, but we were tired and 2 queens was fine. Then later that night while we are in bed we have other guest walk into our room. Apparently they were given the same room. The front desk called to verify it was me in the room then hung up. At this point our cards got deactivated but they never told us this and that we would have to get them rekeyed at the desk. And throughout the night there was this weird tapping maybe from the next room but sound proofing of rooms is seriously lacking. Was a nice hotel that has seriously been run down and staff that aren’t familiar with checking out a room or checking in after a pretty serious mistake was made. They also charge for parking with an abundance of parking in their lot.

Grand hotel. Been around a long time but recently renovated. Very nice.

The room itself was mostly clean with the bathroom being dingy and noticing that the mattress cover was badly stained. The towels and sheets were scratchy and noticing well taken care of. The room was spacious and well designed. The best part was actually the breakfast. The best hotel eggs that we have ever had!

Charge total of $1400 for 3-night stay. Water was $4 dollars at lobby, none in room. Never ever stay at another Hyatt.

Location Room wasn’t clean. Fake eyelash on the bed. Shower didn’t drain. Placed in double queen room instead of the king Mountain View that I payed for

Clean , convenient, great price

Bed and pillows were comfortable. The lobby had lots of seating and the staff were friendly. The hotel seemed to be cutting corners. It felt understaffed, breakfast food items sometimes weren’t replaced when empty, and there were too few cleaning staff to get rooms cleaned on time. Hyatt now doesn’t even provide lotion in the rooms. It must be requested. Also, there was a lot of noise between rooms. We could hear somebody having a telephone conversation, word for word.

Third time staying at this location! The only place I book with! The staff is very friendly & helpful. The rooms are very clean the bathroom is really clean. Parking is a breeze also. The breakfast there is awesome I can’t say enough good things about this place!
