Breakfast was good. Was overcharged by $50. I called Asked about the overcharge, they said it would go back on my card in a short week. A month later... still waiting. Floor was sopping wet by the window.

The staff was very nice, room was clean and breakfast had several choices. The hotel was also conveniently located for my sightseeing. There is no elevator and I got a room on the 2nd floor which wasn’t ideal. Although, one of the staff did carry my luggage up for me. I managed getting it down.

I paid for2 days when I got back yesterday the room was not clean. I had an argument with the attendant asked her a phone to report it and she refused to give it to me. She stated saying that clients are constantly complaining about the rooms.Then I asked her for 2 towels and she gave them to me.lm sure that is a video 9/26/26

The staff was on her phone, on speaker, during check in. She asked for my name and that was it. She didn't ask for anything to confirm I was who I said I was, and she was having a conversation with someone else the whole time on her cell phone.

Clean, quiet close to airport

Requested late check-out at 1 p.m. and confirmed it with the desk at check-in. Standard check-out was 11 and housekeeping knocked at 9:30, Then again at 11:15. Otherwise, a quality stay.

I liked the park and fly option and the shuttle to the airport was great. The front door thread hold is cracked title needs replacement

We got a room right in front of the exit door was very noisy. found what looked like public hair on sheets. also found a blood stain on one comforter.

The breakfast wasn't bad, but something about the waffles didn't taste quite right. Could've been the syrup The pool was out of order for renovations, but that happens I guess

I searched for hotel rooms with rating of 8 and above & this one made the list of choices I have no idea why guests are rating this hotel that high. There were broken tiles in the entrance, as well as our bathroom. Our room smelled musty & had a damp feeling. I could not walk without shoes because the carpet felt damp for 3 days. The towels were literally threadbare, with a hole. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was comfy pillows & bed, plus good water pressure with VERY hot water. Almost to the point of scalding. It could be dangerous. I will not stay here again.

The pool not working

The pool was under construction or being renovated and we were disappointed. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean but the AC unit is noisy. We asked for extra towels and they told us we had to wait until the next morning when housekeeping got in - we like fresh towels for our showers. Some of the people staying there smoked pot in the parking lot - you could smell it everytime you went outside. Clean place but you get what you pay for.
