The hotel is in serious need of an update and an elevator. The staff acted like they were doing us a favor by checking us in and out, There were teens making noise in the hallway from 3:30 a.m. on and they did nothing about it.

Bed are uncomfortable, very few tv channels, check in girl was great, nobody available for check out. Left Thursday morning 830ish am didn't hear anything about my deposit so Sunday at 530 pm called just to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with the room just making sure they were not keeping it. The woman absolutely ripped my head off about me asking about it.. I asked her to get a manager above her she told me no and then hung up.. I will NEVER stay there again and anybody I know will absolutely never step foot on that horribly ran joke hotel. Dogs next room over barking terrible place. BBB should be informed..

Great location, safe area. Excellent staff. Some repairs being done. Breakfast Excellent. Clean room.

The television did not work at all. However to make up for not being able to watch TV at all, the staff was very helpful, professional, and kind. Dawn was especially very accommodating and caring.

The shuttle was on time Room could have had the wall washed but everything else was great

Strains, damp smelly rooms. Sticky floors. TV didn't work. Day time staff was nice. Overnight busy on the phone.

Place was very clean

We wished the pool was open

No remote control to change channels. Took staff 30 minutes to bring remote to my room after going to the front desk to let them know the problem. No hot water for my shower-warm at best.

Made reservation online the day before my arrival when we arrived we were informed they did not have any rooms available.

I arrived late and departed early. I docked a point from the cleanliness score not due to the housekeeping, but because the room was carpeted and I cannot trust the cleanliness of carpets, even if they have been vacuumed or even shampooed. The desk to my room was missing its chair. I didn't need it and didn't even notice that it was missing until I did my last-minute check of the room before departing. I told the front desk clerk, and she wrote it down and said she would immediately get it corrected. I trust that she did so. The breakfast might be good for those who are not concerned about health and weight. However, if you are trying to maintain healthy eating habits, you might want to bring something from the supermarket for breakfast.

You should put in the online description that your pool is "out of service" because thats the only reason I chose the place and was extremely pissed off when I got there to find out it wasn't available!!!!!!

Very friendly staff, very helpful in assisting day by day stays. Will book with them again.
