I arrived late and departed early. I docked a point from the cleanliness score not due to the housekeeping, but because the room was carpeted and I cannot trust the cleanliness of carpets, even if they have been vacuumed or even shampooed. The desk to my room was missing its chair. I didn't need it and didn't even notice that it was missing until I did my last-minute check of the room before departing. I told the front desk clerk, and she wrote it down and said she would immediately get it corrected. I trust that she did so. The breakfast might be good for those who are not concerned about health and weight. However, if you are trying to maintain healthy eating habits, you might want to bring something from the supermarket for breakfast.

You should put in the online description that your pool is "out of service" because thats the only reason I chose the place and was extremely pissed off when I got there to find out it wasn't available!!!!!!

The staff was unfriendly and inefficient. I asked for a wake up call that I didn't get. My whole experience was just very unwelcoming.

I had troubles with getting the shuttle service and they were quick to resolve it for me. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were strong with a bleach odor. The room seemed clean & the shower was warm with good pressure. My toilet seat was extremely loose to the point I was afraid it might come off.

Staff were wonderful. Helped us with luggage to room and was there to figure out why the TV was not working. Very friendly and personable! Great breakfast too!

Nothing really. Had a reservation for 3pm. They had no rooms cleaned at arrival, had about an hour 1/2 wait to get our rooms, the pool was under renovation. The room we where given had a horrible chemical smell. The toilet seat was broken. The bed was hard as a jail mattress pad. Some staff where decent some not so much.

Tv remote and door key card didn't work half the time. Loud music blasted through thin walls all night. Few selection on breakfast menu. Wouldn't recommend . . .
