Pool and gym equipment is out of service. Room and bathroom are not updated. Cabinets are broken.

Like: Close to airport.

Fan in bathroom was squealing so ask the front to have it looked at or move us. We weren’t moved and fan was not looked at for the entire 8 days we were there. Pool was closed for renovation and seemed to have been that way for sometime. Nothing available about it when booking. There was only one washer and dryer and there was a note on it stating washer is not working. A/c did not work well and could not be adjusted below 72. And even when set to 72, the room was in the high 70s the whole thing time. The workout area was a small room with a treadmill, elliptical, and a small multipurpose machine. Multipurpose machine was not maintained and there was a sign on the treadmill that said out of order. The elliptical squealed so bad after 10 minutes I had to stop using because it really hurt my ears. House keeping pretended not to speak English so they didn’t have to clean the room. Crazy how they spoke to me the day before with good English. And the breakfast wasn’t has advertised. There was biscuit and gravy scrambled eggs and sausage every day and that was it for hot stuff. This was by far one of the most disappointing hotels I have stayed in a long time.

The room smelled of mildew, the carpet was dirty and damp, the exercise equipment was broken, the breakfast cereal was stale, no oil for the waffle machine, no elevator, the cards kept malfunctioning, maintenance was occurring int the breakfast area during breakfast…. I do not recommend

Very convenient. Would consider staying here again.

Exceptional

The room was OK. My specific room was musty. Typical breakfast. The hotel is a little dated. My floor was the upper and there were a few squeaky spots.

Everything was great

I like the staff especially cleaning ladies very helpful. Manager was so amazing. Maintenance was quick to fix and adjust . Overall great staff and nice place even through the renovation process. 5 stars

It was close to our destination It was unkempt and outdated, and the carpet was pretty bad. Didn’t even wanna walk on it without shoes on.

Would not recommend. If you just need a quick place to sleep, this would suffice. Do not expect anything more. Pool is currently under maintenance with no pre arrival warning. TV is useless! Doesn’t connect at all and is restricted from anything that isn’t the DirecTV that is offered. Can’t even use the remote to control the volume because they don’t give you the actual TV remote, only DirecTV remote. Got snacks & sat down with kids for a movie just to find out it doesn’t work. The room is dirty, smelly & run down. Breakfast was subpar. Cold biscuits. Gross eggs. Faulty waffle makers. Just terrible overall.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful

The place was basic. The room was quiet. Everything worked. The bed was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast included eggs. It is close to the airport, although the bigger consideration for me was the 30 minute drive to the Des Moines opera in Indianola. The biggest drawback was a second floor room and no elevator.
