Good solid hotel.

Disgusting establishment. Dirty. Nasty. Disgusting food. Smelled mildewy. The rooms were dirty. We found bugs on the bathroom counter. Our belongings were moist being in the room that’s how gross it was. Just nasty.

It was clean, the staff was nice but it is dated and had a funny smell.

No restaurant close

shuttle service to and from airport. The electrical outlets in the lamp bases did not work, so my phone, watch and hearing aids did not charge overnight. This was very upsetting to me in the morning. I told the clerk who said she knew that some weren’t functioning and they were replacing some of them. I believe I should have been told not to use those outlets when I checked in. Also, I ordered food to be delivered for dinner. I was not contacted when the delivery was made to the front desk, even though I told the clerk when I placed an order that I am expecting the delivery. About an hour after I placed the order, I told the clerk I was still expecting a delivery. She pointed to a bag and said it was there. It was barely warm. I had given the room number to the restaurant and no one notified me when it came in. So it was only an adequate experience but nothing special.

My room smelled like old cigarettes mixed with cleaner. Due to the humidity it made the smell worse. I blasted the air conditioner and slept under the blankets, something I hate doing, just to overcome the smell. If I had asthma, this room would have triggered an asthma attack 100%.

Staffing was wonderful, room and hallways and stairs really needed vaccumed. There was people and staff just sitting on their phones in the stair ways. Parking is absolutely horrible very small parking lot and it fills up fast had to park on the street

Towels were thin and dingy. Embedded mold in caulk. Needs renovated.

Friendly staff. Great value and location for the price. Stranded when storms canceled flight - great night's sleep.

clean rooms and good breakfast

I waited at airport for an hour plus for ride to hotel, humidity 89% humidity , 91 degrees and Customer service at hotel NEVER stated who I was riding with! Never look for name of motel!! Staff was useless with customer care!! Nightmare!! Never again!! no stars should be selected here!!!

Not impressed at all, it was cheap and clise to sirport. Room not clean at all.

The pool area was not clean, but otherwise my stay was great.

Reservation never honored from Expedia. Very shady room booking practices.

First thing I noticed when I got to my room was someone put a shower cap over the smoke detector. This was obviously done so someone could smoke in the room. There was a ceramic tile on the bathroom floor that was broken and would pop out when stepped on. It was sharp and could easily cut someone’s foot. The TV didn’t work so we had to call for a maintenance guy to try and fix it. He got it working but periodically the tv would disconnect from the cable and turn off. The maintenance man was helpful but had horrible body odor. After he was done trying to fix our tv we had to air out the room to get the smell out. The free breakfast was disappointing. It consisted of soggy scrambled eggs, waffles and biscuits and gravy but no potatoes or any kind of sausage or bacon. The coffee tasted horrible. The room wasn’t too expensive but I expected more from this brand of hotel.
