Holiday Inn Des Moines-Airport/Conf Center by IHG

Everything was clean. Nice pool. Hot tub was broken unfortunately. The small Grill restaurant staff were the best. Both dinner and breakfast. So friendly! Beds were extremely comfortable

The hotel was so close to the airport for us, as we arrived later in the evening. Everything was clean and well stocked. The receptionist could give us a dinner recommendation, she also shared that they had shuttle service to a local restaurant in case we were too tired to drive. No continental breakfast. The pool was way too strong smelling of chlorine. The elevator was scarily creeky, but got us up and down without a problem.

Friendliness of employees, clean, fun atmosphere. Hot tub was down.

There was no soap on the shower. Come on man.

The outside was dirty and trash was all over. The inside had a musty smell and the carpet was very dirty. We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor and could not get the luggage cart to the room because once you go down the hall you go through a door and there are four stairs to go down. We had to carry all of our luggage and things down the stairs to the room. This was very inconvenient. Also the hot tube was not working. Will never stay again or recommend to anyone.

The updates are nice. Everything is clean and comfortable They are close to the airport and staff is very accommodating Updating still in progress in hallways

The whirlpool hot tub was broken down. The main front door was broken. The lobby floor had a caution: wet, slippery sign up the entire time. I was sliding around in my cross everything I walked through.

Beautiful atrium. Good food at the restaurant. Rooms clean and comfortable. The elevators were inconvenient.
