Everything was great but the true value of this property is the staff! Bill and Marcus were amazing. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly. Location is ideal and the hotel looks and feels brand new. Breakfast was very complete with a lot of variety.

The exterior of the building appears to be in disrepair with exposed installation. My daughters wanted to swim in the pool and it was disgusting. You couldn't see past the second stair going down. She took a step in and had a black mark around her leg where she stepped in. Other than that the room was clean, breakfast was good, and staff were helpful.

I specifically filtered hotels with airport shuttle. Upon arrival there was no shuttle service. I had to pay for an Uber to the hotel.

Just like many hotels, there were a few items that needed some minor maintenance...nothing serious. A loose door card reader and shower faucet. Everything was clean and in good working order. The staff very extremely helpful and professional. The breakfast had a lot of options.
