A/C was unpredictable. Staff was unhelpful. Uncomfortable bed. Water was nor replaced in fitness center for several days. Housekeeping was unpredictable. Food is good.

Edwin was the best shuttle person we could’ve asked for. So accommodating.

In our room, the closet doors were broken, there we no tissues and the coffee machine was also broken. Our room was not cleaned after the first day, and when we went to the front desk twice, to get clean towels we were told that he would have them sent up. We never received our clean towels.

On the morning we were getting ready to leave, we had a staff member open the door without knocking and walked in stating he was just checking. I was getting dressed and my wife was just getting out of the shower. We advised the front desk when we checked out and they stated that that particular staff member is a little different and that they would talk to him.

Room wasn’t clean thoroughly so they moved us to another room where the sheets weren’t changed for the second time! Very dissatisfied!

This was na beautiful room but overprjced for the amenities.

Perfectly central with modern upgrades and comfort. Quiet rooms. Quality shower pressure, only a bit small on space if you are staying two people for more than 3 nights.

Room was nice but the bathroom was tiny, literally one person capacity unless someone was in the shower. One of two elevators was out of commission our first two days but was fixed by our departure day.

I was charged twice for my room. Once $280 from Expedia and then an additional charge of $275 and $50 when I arrived at the hotel. I was told the extra charges would drop in a few business days. It has been 10 business days and the charges have not dropped from my account. This is terribly inconvenient and not acceptable.

It was very quiet and peaceful.
