Rooms need freshening up. Waterpark hot tub not very hot and jets are weak. Waterpark closes at 9 pm

Fun water park sucked tiki bar closed. Just kind had a ghetto feel. The pool had way way way too much chlorine. Rooms nice. Great restaurant.

The waterpark was a big draw for our kids, and the price was right, so we booked the room. The size of the suite was pretty good. The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful, and the elevator close to our room was out of order. The rooms were fairly clean, but we did not have sheets or pillows for the pull-out couch, and when my husband went down to request those, they gave him sheets and said they'd bring pillows, but they never did. Then, as we were about to go to sleep, I saw a mouse in our room. I had my husband go back down and request mouse traps, which thankfully caught it, but then when my husband brought the trap back down to the desk with the mouse, they told him to not bring that there and to throw it in the trash. He wasn't about to keep it in our room trash container! We were also disappointed that the waterpark didn't open until 9:00 am, and closed at 9:00 pm. This only allowed us to utilize it for one day out of the three we were there, because we arrived late in the evening on day one and had an obligation on day 3 where we had to check out around 9:00.

We chose this property because of the waterpark, which the kids did like. The property itself is in need of renovations starting with a thorough cleaning.

My family and I have stayed there several times over the last couple years and we liked the facility like the water park The toilet was broken. They never got it fixed and said that they didn’t have any other rooms so all night long the toilet backed up into our room and we had a choice leave and go get a higher rate or stay there. Nothing was done about it nobody even really said sorry

Nothing There was mold all over my room, I tried asking for a new room and they would not accommodate for it.

Love the waterpark! The kids loved the arcade too! It was great, I just have a “thing” about sleeping in a bed that’s not my own.

Very nice accomedations. Helpful and caring staff. Fantastic Waterpark area. Sweet to obtain a room on the floor next to Waterpark pool. Really appreciated every bit of our stay.

Rooms need some updating. Ceiling in our room was peeling and vent was rusty. Was double charged for room.

There was a very strong smoke smell. It was very difficult to breathe. The hallways looked like they could be vacuumed better. Overall, it did not feel clean. Requested blankets to be sent to our room and they did not get delivered

walked into our room and it reeked of urine. the comforters were stained, the bathroom was full of mold, there was a giant bloody handprint on the curtain and i could see what i assume was bedbugs behind the tv. left within 5 minutes at went to the days in at the airport instead. dont stay here

The pool was nice and stuff It took a mile to get to the room and the entrance by d stunk like someone peed in the doorway

My room was ok. The property was horrible. I dont think windows on the doors have ever been cleaned. The restaurant service was horrible. I have stayed here years ago and it was much cleaner back then.

It was okay. The staff were helpful. In our room the bathroom door wouldn’t close. The bed was nice and comfortable. The A/C in the room worked great. The pool area the A/C didn’t work at all. The first day the big slide was not working. By the end the main thing was the grandkids had fun in the pool area.

Rooms had broken things, the outside door was supposed to be key entry only but was broken so anyone could walk in off the street. The staff was unhelpful

Pool Breakfast: really poor, it doesn’t even have bread Room: everytime we took a shower, the water infiltrated the room, and the carpet of our room and even the hall, was soaked. Bathroom: has mold

This place was horrible. They put us in the wrong room where there wasn’t enough space for the 4 of us. They gave us a king bed. Inside this room was a phone NOT connected to anything. Then moved to another room that STILL wasn’t the suite I paid for but fine we are tired. The guy was rude about switching us. In our 2nd room we didn’t have any bedding for the pull out couch I had to ask for that and he was rude again. Right at bedtime I realized our smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag and electrical tape. Took the kids swimming. The big slide wasn’t open for a bit claiming not enough staff when 6 “lifeguards” were just standing around talking. The hot tub was broken and filthy… The jets didn’t work, so unless you wanted to take a like warm bath w a stranger don’t use it. My friend also staying here ended up with someone else’s TOE NAIL CLIPPING stuck to her leg in the pool area. The bathroom door didn’t even stay shut let alone lock. Staff was rude. Everything was dirty. You could hear the people next to you as if they were standing next to you.

We didn't get to stay. Rooms were overbooked. We were sent to another hotel with a small pool.
