How it smelt There’s only one way to get there and the entrance is easy to miss

They have a pest issue. There were workers outside the lobby drinking and smoking weed that approached me and I didn’t feel safe.

Great stay

Breakfast wasn’t good. Very basic and not good selection of food. Breakfast. The smell of facility. Had a rank, middle eastern smell.

The tall ceilings in the room was different, and had a nice feel. The room was pretty large. Breakfast was alright. Pool closed way too early compared to other hotels. We had planned to enjoy the hot tub for just a little bit, it’s kind of why we chose this one - and couldn’t because we got to the hotel around 8:40 and pool closes at 9. The bathroom wasn’t 100% clean (a few hairs left behind here and there), some noise from the front areas and hallway woke us up a bit… but other than that it was ok.

Roaches and odor

The AC was soooo cold! The noise level they allow in the halls at 1 AM was obnoxious. Breakfast...yuck. Dirty. Door missing in our room.

Didn’t get to eat breakfast as there was one person cooking and there was people that would take all the food when it came out. After 20 minutes of waiting we left. We did tell the front desk, but nothing was done.

Rooms are nice. Well kept a bit noisy. Breakfast was good but the same thing every morning sausage links and scrambled eggs.

The location was great and served our purpose. Blood stains all over the let out couch mattress and NO mattress covers at all. The internet was worthless. I was supposed to work while I was there but I COULD NOT because the internet wouldn’t work. The TV in the living room got 100 channels but the TV in the bedroom only got 8 channels. I brought it up to the staff and the woman got smart with me and said well it works everywhere else as she looked at the TV in the lobby. The place has roaches. The microwave was never cleaned it was dark brown stains under the glass turntable. I was at this property from Thursday the 18th, I checked in at 4am and checked out on Sunday morning the 28th.

Location The room had an infestation of roaches and the room smelled like urine. I did not stay the night due to the uncomfortableness. It was the equivalent to a Motel 6 which had lower rates. It wasn't worth it.

The high ceilings. Fairly nice. Would have liked a little better if I would have gotten to use the hot tub which was partially why I booked here. The pool and gym closed at 9. Most hotels stay open until 10-10:30. So we didn’t get to used. Very frustrating. The bathroom was dated and the furniture was damaged/ disintegrating

Breakfast was delicious and the area was kept very clean. Lobby is beautiful. Our room was well cleaned. The mirror had been wiped clean in a way so that you could see yourself right out of the shower - it kept the fog away in that area. The toilet paper was folded nicely, it was clear that whoever cleaned cared a lot about little touches like that. There was a very strong fragrance all through the hotel that smelled kind of like it was covering up stink. The hallways were in great need of some TLC. The first room we got was non-smoking but smelled very strongly of smoke, though we were able to switch and the second room just had a strong fragrance. I know a lot of people like that but it gives me a headache.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Some towels had tears. Indoor Pool was hot in the middle of summer.

Convince of the location

it was ok, no water except to buy. Difficulty to get into because of construction. The 1st room I was in, the AC wasn't working. The poor girl from the front desk came and she was t8inkering with it, no maintenance person. She did move me to a different room. The hotel needs to be updated, seems a bit run dowm

I booked 2 rooms for two nights but had to cancel one room immediately because my daughter wasn't able to come, i bought the insurance and all, i only check in one of the rooms, the hotel manager says they still gonna charge for one night for the other room that i didn't use, but its been 3 weeks now and they still don't want to return the remaining balance, i called booking.com and they say they keep emailing the hotel but they're not responding. They holding on to my refund and refuse to correspond with me or booking.com

Great location The breakfast wasn't good. There are not many options, The waffle maker was broke, and the toaster was broke. The elevator was broke. Alot of things needs updated.

Location was easy to miss/related to the construction The elevator was scary thought it was going to stop working and the hotel has a musty smell down by the breakfast room and front desk
