The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. It had all the amenities you'd expect for the price point. It's close to the highway, but wasn't noisy.

Housekeeping did an incomplete service. The breakfast runs short on food and juice drinks, coffee runs out. The orange juice cups are frozen like hockey pucks.

No staff in bar area, dirty tables. Breakfast was appalling, out of everything. Frozen orange juice cups. I had to tighten the toilet seat before using, it was ready to fall off...

There was human feces still in the toilet when we arrived. The room was not very clean. We did not eat breakfast; it looked average to a little less than average. The staff was going to call about the toilet issue, but never did.

TV didn’t work and no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom.

The pool & hot tub were closed. They invited you to use another hotel, but that hot tub was closed and the pool didn’t look very good.

In the morning, we went to get coffee in the lobby and it was out. The main coffee maker was broken and the staff did not know when it would be fixed. When returning to our room, we tried to latch the door but a screw fell out of the latch assembly and the latch just swung around. I reported this to the front desk and it was never resolved. The pool was closed and would not reopen during our stay. In the evening, the onsite bar was also closed and when I went to ask the front desk, no one was there. I waited about 5 minutes but saw no one. I do not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was not late enough. Only till 9am. Lots of families missed it.

Rooms available The bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Coffee cup lids didn't fit the coffee cups in the room. When I checked in staff didn't tell me about the breakfast, when or where it is. No information given about where the ice machines are.

Not much to get excited about. they downgraded our room. Breakfast was out of orange juice, waffle mix, bread,tea,bananas, was just not good experience. the advertised pool was at the neighboring holiday inn.
