I was blown away with how kind and helpful everyone was! The king suite with the jacuzzi in the room was so amazing, everything was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I’ll definitely be back!

Time to replace the towels.

Had a jetted whirlpool in room

Through no fault of their own the hotel was in terrible shape. It is evident the economy in this area has definitely seen very hard times. The pictures on the website are definitely outdated. We only stayed because we had no other option. We had been driving too long and did not know area to find something else. Plus it was prepaid/no refund. We slept in our clothes on top of the covers and we had to sit on the bed because the upholstered chair was so filthy. I am not usually a complainer but ..,

Room was super hot. AC barely blew out air. It took hours for the room to cool off. I showed the front desk clerk and he minimized the issue and did not offer a solution. He said it’s cool. The tank leaked water out every time you flushed the toilet. The light bulb burnt out making it difficult to use the mirror. I will not stay here ever again.

Room was not clean but the air worked well. Breakfast in the morning was minimal and no coffee was made and no on helping. Hard to understand the front desk

Need more clean up points my price what my pay
-
The sheets are dirty, the rug smells. For $150 a night, this is the worst place I have even stayed.
-
Needs more plug ins that work. Quiet

The hottub was out of service, which I wasn't aware at time of booking. So disappointed.

Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel was very run down. My towel was threadbare/rotting. It was clean though, so used it anyway. Showerhead was not attached properly & was very low-just above my 5 ft 3 face. When we opened the fridge, there was a little be of something gross all along bottom seal. Bed linens were clean & fresh.

The food that was available was not up to expectations or not at all

Property was not well maintained. Smell in room was terrible.

Very nice owners. The place has a lot of nostalgia.

The ice machines were down, the limited power aid machine wouldn’t take bills, the pool closed early and the times open had discrepancies! My mattress was in need of replacement! For the price they charge it was disappointing to say the least. The breakfast was horrible! Needs some major renovations!

Good enough for a night stay while traveling. Convenient to dining and gas. The room was clean but very dated. Looks like they are working hard to make a go of it. Staff was very friendly.

THE PICTURES YOU SEE ARE 20 YEARS OLD. We got out of there as fast as we could.

The property wasn't the cleanest and needed a maintenance person to catch up on a few repairs like missing hardware on door handles and just some first impressions type things. The rug in the room was dirty behind furniture and just gave me the feel that I had to watch what I'd touch and where I'd put my stuff, and so I wasn't able to totally relax. The bedding was fairly clean, although I did have about a 6" round light stain on my bed sheet. Due to the condition of the hotel over all, I decided not to eat their continental breakfast either (just didn't feel I could trust the hygiene of the place as a whole)

Air conditioner not very cold cooled the room overtime. Blow dryer not working. Beds ok could use turning or new mattress.
