The property was VERY outdated and not very well maintained. The toilet in our room did not flush well and the bathroom as a whole was gross.

Location was convenient. The room had a moldy smell. Everything in the room felt wet. The options for the continental breakfast was limited, and it took the lady a long time to mix the waffle batter up that we ended up leaving. The shower looked dirty/stained.

The staff that work their are really friendly and kinds. My kids love them staff so much staff give them color and paper to draw and write with when they are bored while at the hotel. Thank you to them so much.

The room is quite dated for the price, and after asked why I was there the worker on duty complained about the event. Very unwelcoming! Won’t be back to devils lake.

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. No loud noise. Breakfast was great. However, the toilet rocked when sat on and did not flush very well. I reported this to the office. Also dispenser on the shower wall had nothing in them. Shower was fine but I wanted to take a bath and the drain was not working correctly.

The mold in the shower was gross,not to mention the black hair in the sink and tub. Toilet seat very loose. All pumps in the shower were empty. No hand soap. The mini fridge smelled really bad. The room smelled of smoke, tar and stale beer. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time. The a/c smelled so bad. I couldn't use it. I had to have the window open. The 1970s telephone had a vert frayed cord on it. The room door was dripping with tobacco residue. The toilet itself was very loose. It wobbled when sat upon. The lighting was very dim. The mold in the shower was uncalled for.Thw refrigerator smelled like 1975 .. Totally gross and neglected room. Did not like one thing about it was totally gross.

The coffee machine was not working or any of the juices they were out otherwise the rooms are clean and everything else was fine and you have powder creamer might be nice to have real creamer
