Room was okay. Quiet and location and price was reasonable. I liked it.

It's good and very convenient place to stay for fishing in devils lake N.D.

Office had a musty smell, old socks was in the coffee table, crumbs of goldfish crackers on the floor, and no hot water was available.

Upgrade the room. Especially the carpet

The mattress was good. All linens were clean. But the maintenance of the building is very poor. There was some toilet paper in the corner of the tub area. There was drywall dust on the safety bar in the shower. There was a square of carpet at the door hardly big enough to stand on so nowhere to leave dirty footwear. The lighting was atrocious. No heat in the bathroom. The bathroom sink faucet handle was ready to fall off. Not worth $119 USD.

I hate the property! The floors was disgusting!

I just think in general this place is pricey for what it is. I stayed at AmericInn in grand forks the next night and it was so much better, more updated, cleaner, had a pool and hot tub. This place way just super underwhelming. TV sucks, bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. The floor was FREEZING. It is hardwood which is fine but obviously it isn't insulated so even though you can get the heat running in the room the floor is always very cold.

Staff was really helpful. Room was clean except for under the beds.

I rented 4 rooms...heat wasnt on in the rooms..30 degrees when we entered..toilet didnt work...very dirty

Room looked clean but furniture obviously old and worn with scratches and some damage.ok if you need an inexpensive place to crash for the night. Wifi works, cable tv was fine.

The TV didnt work, things were broken. The wash cloths and towels smelt bad.

There is no breakfast available for guests. Room is dirty, it seems it never been clean. Floor slippery, old mattresses, Blankets smells. Dust in the room. Paint peeling, Trims on wall peeled off. Coffee maker dirty. Dirty place. Owner does not keep up the facility. My online booking is $186.74. The owner wanted to charged me $207.00. He said I have to pay tax addition to the total booking price. I asked him why? He said booking company have him pay taxes. I told him that it is part of his business. I would not pay him more than the booking fee. If he did not want the $186.74 booking fee, I could walk out and pay online to the booking company directly. I told him that if he did not honor the booking fee/company, he needs to take his business out of the online booking company. He told me it would but would take time. I told him to do so, so he can charge his customers his own rate but with the dirty place, no one want to pay him more that I've paid him. NO NEXT TIME FOR ME on this facility. DIRTY.........!

no rugs for cold floor; poor pillows

Asbestos flooring breaking apart and exposed in the bathroom. Felt repulsed being here. Kept hearing a gong sound at night and bed was slanted.
