In the restroom/shower there was also an odd odor either from the water itself or the plumbing. Perhaps, that particular room isn’t utilized frequently.

Overall good stay. Super friendly/helpful staff, clean room. Elevator creaks like it’s about to snap but otherwise a good stay.

Stayed here plenty of times. Always Consistent. Great place to stay and close to everything. Would recommend if looking to stay near the casinos or ocean springs and save a few dollars!

Cleanliness and location Light above the bathroom mirror would not come on. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone wouldn't work. It took time to learn that the cord to the handset would not stay in the phone base. When I finally rigged it enough to make a phone call, the lady at the front desk told me there was no one on staff to change the lightbulbs at the time and she did not know how to do it. If I pay this kind of money to stay in a nice hotel, I would hope things would be in working order, especially the phone in case of emergency. I was told I would be given extra points for the inconvenience, but have no way to track if that actually happened. I didn't expect to be disappointed in my stay there. It was only for one overnight stay and the experience was less than expected.
