Stayed here plenty of times. Always Consistent. Great place to stay and close to everything. Would recommend if looking to stay near the casinos or ocean springs and save a few dollars!

Absolutely satisfied with my stay. Beds are comfy, room was clean and spacious. Staff were really nice, and it’s surprisingly quiet due to being next to the hwy. Only con I would say is that the elevator is very slow to come down. So if your in a rush take the stairs.

When I finally rigged it enough to make a phone call, the lady at the front desk told me there was no one on staff to change the lightbulbs at the time and she did not know how to do it. If I pay this kind of money to stay in a nice hotel, I would hope things would be in working order, especially the phone in case of emergency. I was told I would be given extra points for the inconvenience, but have no way to track if that actually happened. I didn't expect to be disappointed in my stay there. It was only for one overnight stay and the experience was less than expected.

cleanliness, the way the property is care for, staff My husband and I have mobility issues. We needed a handicap height toilet in our BR and we requested on through booking.com but weren't provided with one. Instead I had to have my husband help me with my cleanliness. It's embarrassing but it's a fact of life.
