Doral Suites

Doral suites was very clean.

Friendly staff and breakfast hours were great!

Habitación muy completa, tiene cocina completa, es muy amplia. Le hace falta un poco de cariño. La chica del check in nos limitó la cantidad de maletas que se pidián dejar. Desayuno muy bueno. Buen área para estacionar.

The ac was not working properly. Beds abit uncomfortable.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The stairs were dirty and needed to be swept. The carpet in the room was stained. The mattress was sinking in.

Rooms were is poor condition, torn curtains, ripped off curtain liners, missing utensils, missing iron and ironing board, small wornout bath towels, no face towels provided. No housekeeping, lizards in room. We were given rooms that were not made up with bed un-made, cupboards open etc

Breakfast (from 6:30am to 9am) was okay, but you need to arrive early if you want donuts. The staff close the doors slightly before 9am. One of the rooms was 86 degrees with the A/C running full blast. Staff made us wait several hours after they tried to fix the A/C before providing a new room. The kitchens are poorly stocked. One lacked mugs, while a different one lacked forks. Everything is old, dirty, or broken. We opened the sofa bed and then immediately put it away because it was too filthy to look at. There also weren't any linens for the sofa bed. It's probably obvious given the location next to the airport, but the sound of the planes is extremely loud.

Outside was beautiful. Office was nice, pool was nice, fitness center and basketball court were all nice. Room was nice but bedding didn’t fit bed, looked comforters are ready to be replaced, no linens on fold out couch bed, mattress needs to be replaced couch cushions had tears and stains, flooring needs to be replaced or a nice deep clean, tub drained slow. Only one gate open to get in

We liked room, I will visit again in the near future.

Nothing A stinking smell from the new one, a smell of mold from many years, an uncomfortable bed, a bad shower, the towels in the shower are not clean

The property was OK The room was nice until when I got up in the middle of the night and I saw roaches then when I told them at the front desk, only thing they say was sorry about that so I would not come to this hotel never again they ain’t trying to refund me a night stay back give me half of my money back or something, and I have pictures of the roaches

The room was clean and had enough space to accommodate all 7 in our party. Breakfast was ok. The one night we stayed served the purpose we needed it for and was less expensive than 2 separate hotel rooms. The staff was nice. The room was very very hot when we checked in. It took all night to cool down. There is constant noise from planes, felt like we were on the runway. The facility was a little difficult to get to, navigation apps seem confused about how to access the property.

Great location for the port! My kids loved watching the planes take off. The 2 bedroom suit was perfect for my family of 7. Could use an upgrade, the pullout mattress needs to be replaced badly! Stained with juice or something and there is a lack of pillows for everyone.

The rooms were really good in size. It surprised me. Everything was clean. We had a gas station and 2 fast food really close Location it's a little confusing but has gas stations and fast food really close from hotel

Breakfast was decent. Sound proof. Airplanes do not let you rest.

It was close the the airport. Everything but location. Staff was rude and full of attitude. Room was gross and dirty. Smelt like mildew. Had dead bugs in the bathroom and mold around the sink. Carpet even had drops of blood on it.
