Front desk staff was extra nice and welcome, hotel location is at a safe place where I was comfortable even walking at night. Room was well maintained and clean, mattress was perfect. Nothing bad, if I had to say one thing, they don’t have airport shuttle, but that’s acceptable.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, so it was just ok. The staff was ok not amazingly friendly, though Conrad, Mario and Wilmer made up for the lack of friendly communication among the staff and guests.

I was looking forward to staying in this hotel, considering it was more expensive than all the others. By far the worst. Rooms are super small. Bed is small, bathroom is small, fridge is small and the front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming. The only enjoyable thing was the Nespresso machine in my room
