The bathroom shower flooded the bathroom due to the tiling not being correct and pushing the water to the drain.

Had an issue with my TV but the staff was knowledgable and helpful in trying to fix it and moved my room when it could not be. Thanks for being amazing.

The staff and hotel The check-in process was hectic because the bookings.com and Home2Suites systems had issues communicating, so I had to wait for a long time just to check-in. Very hectic.

4 night stay and housekeeping never entered the room to check on need for replenishing items like toilet paper, towels, etc.

Sorry the breakfast was a hard pass for us. Bathroom was really dirty, and the doors were hard to close

No issues. High perfume smell in entrance and elevator. No emptying trash, etc. during the stay, which was a bit disappointing

New, clean, nice with everything you could want including a couch in front of our latest Netflix binge. The hotel is built of wood and a child running and jumping overhead is like an earthquake.

The employees were okay I didn’t like the smell of room!!!! Room smelled like bengay and bad smelling feet, carpet in the rooms and outside the room were dirty. Bathroom shower handle kept falling off, no soap, shampoo in containers so they should just take that down. Bed looks like someone just pulled the cover up. This hotel is not like it use to be. Mold at the bottom around shower. Air conditioning makes loud noise!

The smell as you walked in. It smelled like heaven My waffle was spicy. When I looked at it, begin noticing there was pepper in it.

Comfortable beds. Nicely maintained rooms.

I did not anything about this hotel it’s high priced for no reason at all just the one across the street is way better.

Everything good except the breakfast in the lobby was so disgusting I threw it in the trash after 2 bites. The waffle batter had fruit in it so my kids wouldn’t even eat that. Rest of breakfast was limited choice and what was there was not edible. Cold “hot” things, stale trail mix for the the grit topping and I never found any butter. We had to leave and go eat at chick fila-which in thankfully nearby- unless it’s Sunday…..
