Springhill Suites By Marriott Dothan

The room itself was lovely and quite roomy. The shower curtain was disgustingly. The elevators were filthy and the breakfast area was sloppy. There was syrup all over the top of the garbage cans…and even though I brought it to the girls attention…nothing was done about it. For a hotel newly built (2024)…it was very dirty…floors by elevators…elevators (floors and walls) I do t hold much hope for this hotel to be rated highly for very long.

Amazing staff and great location and I loved my room

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. We felt like we were with family.

It smelled wonderful when you walked in the door and it was mostly clean and the beds were comfortable The elevators in the hallways could’ve used a little bit more attention when it came to cleaning

The property is very well maintained. As soon as you walk in, it smells so good! All of the staff we encountered were so friendly & helpful! The beds were a bit hard for our liking but not terrible by any means. Also, the first set of towels that were in our room were a bit musty like they were left wet too long before drying.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast

the breakfast was nice.. my shower door could not close, also the door to the room seemed to have an issue with unlocking when using key card. this was my second stay at this hotel. the first time everything was great and worked properly. but this time was a huge disappointment.

Always a great stay. Quiet cold AC. Comfortable bed and very clean rooms. Staff is always so kind and breakfast is good
