Nothing This property was disappointing especially for the price. The room was not clean . I can see many stains on wall and doors . The room needs a deep clean . The bedding did not smell as clean as it should be . The noise from the room above ours was horrible . I kept hearing footsteps all night . Floor was creeping . The air conditioner was not that cold .

We accidentally got a handicapped room, they offered to give us two queens, we said okay, when we got the room, the ceiling in the corner of the bathroom was falling apart due to mold they tried to cover up with paint, but it smelled like mold as soon as you walked in, one of the pillows had dried blood , covered with a pillow cover, that’s a biohazard, we ended up keeping our original room, even if it was handicapped. The “breakfast included” was not breakfast at all, it was a basket of old apples that looked brown, oranges, pop tarts from the dollar tree, and gross coffee, wouldn’t stay here again, not worth it for $380 for two days. They also tried to tell me I can’t have guests over, at all, I understand not sleeping, but if I’m paying for a room, don’t tell me I can’t have friends over to hang out before we go somewhere.

I feel they should just put “Continental Breakfast” in their amenities because that is what it was a coffee and pop tarts and fruit. This is NOT a Breakfast Included. It was disappointing. I paid more for a hotel because it stated Breakfast Included. They will continue to get bad reviews and it is very misleading and your app will also go down in clients if hotels keep lying. Like I said they should advertise Continental Breakfast. Every thing else was good.

Staff was very kind and communicative about procedures, they also allowed us to do a luggage drop off and gave the room key in advance. The room had all the basics and everything functioned fine. The complimentary breakfast was almost always just fruit and pop-tarts, I think that could be improved but it didn't seem that they had much of cooking facilities in the first place. Our bathroom shower was a bit less than ideal since the provided soap bottles on the wall were clearly empty and the area around the attachment had black spots on the wall. There were full replacement bottles left on the ledge at least. The desk chair in our room was an office type rolling chair that was very dusty. With the layout of the room the king bed area warmed up a lot more because it wasn't directly by the AC as the other two beds were - also not as ideal especially for a summer stay. It also would have been nice if the minifridge had a freezer compartment.

No breakfast provided!!! Very disappointed with that!!! Beds were comfy enough!!! Covers on the beds could've been thicker!!! Bathroom was okay!!! Chairs provided were okay, but some could've been upholstered!!! Not providing any breakfast!!! Premises on the outside could've been cleaner and better maintained!!! No pool was available!!!!! Very disappointed!!!!!

Bring socks or shoes to wear in the room. No carpeting and the flooring, while it looks nice, could have used a mop. The room was pretty large and the beds were comfortable. The spout in the bathtub ran while taking a shower. There was no towel holder by the sink so we had to lay the hand towel on the counter. Only one electrical socket on the lamps worked. Breakfast is pop tarts, fruit, coffee and Sunny D.
