Near family Couldn't. Check in early, price high for not having a better breakfast.

The carpet was dirty, the roof of the bathroom was dirty and a cucaracha was there too I took pictures of you like them let me know.

Exceptional

I strongly recommend staying away from this hotel. The room was extremely dirty and appeared to have serious cleanliness and hygiene issues. After sleeping there, my child developed a severe skin reaction, including hives and significant skin irritation. We were so concerned that we had no choice but to take our child to the emergency room. After being examined by a medical professional, my child was diagnosed with contact dermatitis. We strongly suspect that the condition was related to something in the hotel room, given that the symptoms appeared after our stay. The hotel was also very disappointing in other ways. The photos shown when we made the reservation were completely different from the actual condition of the property and room. In addition, the woman working at the front desk at night was extremely rude and unhelpful. This was an unacceptable experience. I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend that other travelers, especially families with children, avoid this hotel. My child is still dealing with significant itching and skin irritation because of this experience.

Limited Parking was challenging a few times. I didn't use hot tub, Vending machine on 2nd floor did not work. Breakfast included DIY waffle maker, cereal and bagel, toast. Coffee was so-so.

TV needs reprogramming and the control remote where broken and dirty.

We had an issue with the room we initially checked into. They very nicely were able to switch our room and even upgraded it. The room we stayed in was clean very spacious and had the best A/C unit as well as a private jetted bath. The price was reasonable. I did ask for room service on one of the days I was there and no one ever showed up. We did have several issues with the key cards not working. The water in the shower drained slowly. The ice machine didn't work. The breakfast waffle mix was very watered down and I tried 3 different times to make a waffle. They were not edible. Over all I would consider staying there again.

The bed was super comfortable and I really love that breakfast is included. The parking is kind of hard sometimes. Especially at night.

Some areas smelled like urine

The room was not clean. There was cherry stems left over on the night stand. The free breakfast was 15-20 minutes later than the start time, the faucet in the shower in bathroom was about to fall off, the only. Thing that was good was the whirlpool tub.

The pool/hot tube does not work properly but over all the stay was great and definitely staying there again 🙂

Not much No parking Rooms were not clean much, bathroom had hairs in tub.

Clean rooms and staff was very attentive to our needs.

Cannot cancel it beacuse

There was a commotion at midnight a car sounded like it hit another call a lot of yelling of people out side, was not able to sleep. Left the hotel after the cops left the property, I was scared.

The room looked like hadn’t been clean for a while! Dirty blankets and pillows there was hair on the shower walls not mine! Toilet had poop on the side of it just terrible and when we asked for a better room they said no!!
